About

ProteinTally

Features

Turn your protein target into a practical portion. ProteinTally connects the foods you eat, the amount you need and the record you keep. Start with protein, or choose carbs or fat as your tracked macro. MAKE YOUR NEXT PORTION USEFUL Keep other ingredients fixed and calculate how much of one food fits your target. Use grams, ounces or a defined serving. Enter nutrition from a label or a source you trust; the calculation shows which values it uses. YOUR MEALS, READY FOR NEXT TIME Build multi-food recipes and keep them in your meal library. Cooking a batch? Record the finished weight or the number of equal servings, then log the share you eat. Changing a recipe later does not rewrite earlier logged meals. A JOURNAL YOU CAN EXPLAIN Set your own daily goal and optionally divide it among meals. Goal changes keep their effective dates. Review an entry, correct it or undo a removal. Mark fully logged days complete: missing days stay unknown, and complete-day averages say what they include. SHARE THE DETAILS YOU CHOOSE Prepare a PDF, detailed entries CSV or daily coverage CSV for a selected date range. Reports retain captured food values and dated goals. Notes stay out unless you include them. A simple CSV export is also available. START FREE, ADD PRO WHEN YOU NEED IT Free access includes food logging, up to 10 favorites and the latest 30 days of journal history. Pro adds portion calculations, reusable meals and batches, detailed reports, full history, more favorites and meal-by-meal targets. Monthly, yearly and lifetime options are available. Eligible purchases support Apple Family Sharing. Your saved recipes stay editable after Pro ends. No separate ProteinTally account is required. Nutrition and portion results are estimates based on entered or typical reference values. ProteinTally supports general wellness tracking and does not provide medical or dietary advice.
