Every run you record becomes a ghost — a replay of the exact runner you were. Lace up, pick one, and race it. GhostLoop isn't about competing with strangers on a leaderboard. The only person you're chasing is the one you were last Tuesday. And you'll know exactly where they are the whole way. RACE YOUR PAST SELF • Every recorded run is saved as a ghost you can race any time • A live gap shows whether you're ahead or behind, meter by meter • Hear it happen: spoken splits, pace, and the moment your ghost passes you • Save your favorite routes as loops and build a library of rivals TRACK IT ANYWHERE • Outdoor GPS with map-matched routes and elevation • Treadmill mode: race indoors with no GPS, using your own calibrated stride • Rides and swims import from Apple Health — pace in min/100m for the pool • Apple Watch app: start a run, walk, or pool swim and see your ghost gap on your wrist • Auto-pause when you stop, auto-resume when you go SEE YOURSELF GET FASTER • Weekly and monthly trends, training load, best weeks, longest runs • Run streaks with rest days that don't break the chain • Elevation profiles and 3D route views • Personal records that only compare like with like — a bike ride never fakes a running PR RUN WITH YOUR CREW • Add friends and see their step counts on a live club leaderboard • Create step challenges — daily, weekly, monthly • Send a ghost to a friend so they can race your loop on their own feet • Ghost runners fill out the board so it stays competitive from day one YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL • Export any activity as GPX; import your history from other apps • Shared route images hide the start and end of your run • Detailed Health records stay on your device; only daily step totals and challenge progress sync to people you accept Outmove yesterday. Apple Health is used to read your step counts and import your own workouts. Location is used to track your route while you run. GhostLoop never sells your data.

Impulso turns your daily walk into a game. The pace you need to reach your next division, keep your streak alive, and climb from Bronze to Diamond based on your activity over a rolling 30 days. Your steps sync automatically from Apple Health. There is no subscription. Every comp, division and feature is unlocked for everyone. SKILL BASED COMPS It's simple. Most steps wins. Comps run on recorded effort and verified results. No luck, no wagers. Winners receive fixed giveaways funded by Impulso. THERE IS ALWAYS A COMP ON - One day comps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They run 6am to midnight and it is winner takes all. Entry opens 8am the day before. - Week long step comps, running Saturday to Friday, shared across the top three. - Team vs Team on the alternating weeks. Team up, combine your steps, and the winning team splits it. You can be in up to three comps at the same time. HOW IT WORKS - Hit your division goal. We set the pace to your next division and lift it as you climb. - Keep your streak. You start with three freezes, and a freeze covers the odd day off so a missed day pauses your streak instead of resetting it. - Climb the divisions. Stay active across 30 days to reach Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher divisions unlock bigger giveaway comps. - Win comps. When a comp opens you get a window to enter, then it's most steps wins. TEAM COMPS - Build a team and go head to head with other teams on combined steps. - See every team's standings, and tap a team to see each member's step count. - Invite teammates straight from the app by searching their name. YOUR PROFILE See your full step history in one place. Track your daily average this month against last month, your lifetime steps, your best day and your current streak. Add a profile photo to make your account your own. PRIVACY & FAIRNESS - Step data is read from Apple Health (read-only) and is never shared with third parties. - All scoring and results are computed server side and verified before any payout. - Every comp needs a minimum number of entrants to go ahead. If it doesn't reach that before entry closes the comp is cancelled and everyone is told, so nothing is ever won by default. - Giveaways are skill based, fixed amounts funded by Impulso, awarded on verified performance. Subject to eligibility, identity verification, regional availability and the challenge terms. Lace up, hit your goal, and climb the divisions. Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: GhostLoop at free against Impulso.'s subscription. GhostLoop also leads on device support (3 vs 1). Impulso.'s advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 5 days). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
