StutterPractice helps people who stutter build fluency and confidence through structured, rhythm-based speech practice. PRACTICE MODE Add words or sentences to your personal library and practice them one at a time. A metronome guides your speech rhythm, breaking each word into syllables so you can pace yourself naturally. Adjust the tempo to match your comfort level and build up gradually. LIVE MODE Use Live Mode during real conversations or reading aloud. The metronome runs in the background through your headphones or phone speaker, keeping your rhythm steady without interrupting your flow. Enable Gradual Fade to slowly reduce the metronome over time as your natural rhythm takes over. DESIGNED FOR FLUENCY - Syllable-by-syllable guidance - Adjustable BPM from 40 to 180 - Audio, haptic, and wrist feedback options - Gradual fade-out to build independence - Clean, distraction-free interface Paced is a practice companion, not a medical device. For best results, use it alongside guidance from a speech-language pathologist.

About

Ease

Features

Ease is guided stuttering practice for adults who stutter or stammer. Build a personalized practice plan around the speaking moments that matter to you, from meetings and phone calls to introductions and everyday conversations. Stuttering can feel different depending on the word, situation, or day. Ease gives you a calm, structured place to explore speech tools, practice in manageable steps, and carry what you learn into real conversations at your own pace. PERSONALIZED STUTTERING PRACTICE Choose the situations you want to work on. Ease shapes short, manageable sessions around your goals, preferences, and available time. LEARN SPEECH TOOLS STEP BY STEP Explore guided lessons for techniques such as easy onset, prolonged speech, pacing, pull-outs, and cancellations. MOVE FROM PRIVATE PRACTICE TO REAL LIFE Begin with reading and repetition, continue with prompts, then practice using your own words. Take small real-world speaking steps when you feel ready. REFLECT ON MEANINGFUL PROGRESS Notice effort, tension, participation, and how supported you felt instead of reducing progress to the number of stutters. RECORD ONLY IF YOU CHOOSE The core practice path does not require recording. Where recording is available, you can choose to record and replay your voice for personal reflection. BUILD A ROUTINE YOU CAN KEEP Use short sessions and optional reminders to support consistent practice without streak pressure or missed-day guilt. PRACTICE FOR: • Meetings and speaking up at work • Phone and video calls • Introductions and presentations • Ordering and asking questions • Social and everyday conversations IMPORTANT Ease provides structured self-practice and educational content. It does not diagnose or treat stuttering, promise fluency or a cure, or replace individual care from a qualified speech-language pathologist. Ease may be used independently or alongside professional support. SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS Ease is free to download.
