ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym locks your most distracting apps until you exercise. Earn screen time with pushups, squats, jumping jacks and more. Your camera counts every rep on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded. HOW IT WORKS • Select the apps you want to block (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more) • Exercise to earn minutes. • Using your selected apps spends those minutes • When your minutes run out, those apps lock until you exercise again 8 WAYS TO EARN SCREEN TIME • Pushups and diamond pushups • Squats and lunges • Jumping jacks • Crunches • Overhead reach, a gentle option for any fitness level • Memory Tiles, a quick brain game for when you can't move FEATURES • AI rep counting: On-device pose detection counts each rep and checks your form in real time. • Strict Mode: An optional extra lock you can turn on. While it's on, you can add apps to your lock list but can't remove any. Turning it off takes reps, a timer or a friend's approval, so a weak moment can't undo your plan. • Adjustable rewards: Choose how many minutes each rep earns. • Streaks and badges: Build a daily habit, from your first workout to a 365-day streak. • Usage dashboard: See your daily screen time and your top 5 most-used apps. PERMISSIONS • Camera: Counts your reps while you exercise. Video is processed on your device and is never recorded, stored or uploaded. The camera is never on in the background. • Screen Time (Family Controls): Uses Apple's Screen Time framework to lock the apps you choose. It is used only to enforce the limits you set, and your app usage data is never shared. • Motion & Fitness: Helps count your reps accurately alongside the camera. • Notifications: Tells you when your screen time is running low, so you can earn more before your apps lock. SUBSCRIPTION ScrollToll: Screen-Time Gym needs a subscription to use. New subscribers start with a 3-day trial. Monthly and yearly plans are available. Prices vary by country and are shown in the app before you subscribe. Your subscription starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase, or when the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Other apps block your phone. This one does too — but it lets you earn the time first. You start with a small daily budget. Everything beyond that, you earn. Two ways to do it. THE NIGHT Set a night window, say 10 PM to 7 AM. Inside it, the apps you picked are closed. Every hour the phone stays down is worth a few minutes the next morning. Not all-or-nothing: reach for it at 3 AM and you only lose the hours after that — not the whole night. THE BODY Push-ups, squats, plank, steps. Every exercise credits minutes right away. Want to scroll now? Do the push-ups now. The camera counts along — entirely on your device. No image is stored, none is ever sent. THE STREAK Clear both daily challenges in a day and the streak lives on. It's the only thing that carries past midnight — after five days held, you collect the minutes. A joker saves it across exactly one missed day. THE RATE IS FIXED What a night hour pays and what an exercise is worth is built in. An exchange rate you can adjust yourself isn't one. YOUR HISTORY For every day it shows what you earned and what you spent. Every minute has an origin. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Which apps you block never leaves the device — iOS only hands the app anonymous tokens; it can't see what you picked. No sign-up, no tracking, no ads. THE WIDGET IS THE APP Remaining minutes right on your home screen. Our idea of success is unusual: we want you to open the app less, not more. Doomit uses Apple Screen Time (Family Controls) to lock the apps you choose during your night window. https://doomit.app/terms
