Habit League

Habit tracking is easy to start and easy to quit. Nobody sees you skip a day, so skipping costs nothing. Habit League fixes that with the only thing that has ever worked: other people. HOW A LEAGUE WORKS You start a league and invite a few friends with a code. Together you vote on the pillars your league cares about, the domains worth earning points in: fitness, deep work, nutrition, reading, whatever your group decides. Under those pillars, each member builds their own daily rituals and picks the days they commit to. Log a day and you earn XP. String days together and every new one is worth more than the last. Skip a day you committed to and it costs you, in front of everyone. The standings shift every day. At the end of the season they freeze, and the highest total takes the crown. POSITIVE SOCIAL PRESSURE Alone, you are your only witness, and you are an easy one to fool. In a league, your rituals are public and your friends are your scoreboard. The pressure is real, but it points the right way. Nobody is shaming you. Your friends are doing the same thing, on the same days, and they can see whether you showed up. That is what gets you out of bed when willpower alone would have let you sleep. NOT A GIMMICK The mechanics are deliberately built on the levers best documented in behaviour change: a commitment made in advance rather than in the moment, accountability to real people rather than to an app, a streak that makes today worth more than yesterday, and a real cost for breaking a promise you made publicly. WHAT YOU GET - Leagues of friends, joined by a private invite code - Pillars your league proposes and votes on - Your own rituals, on the days you choose - XP with a streak multiplier, and a real cost for missed days - Daily, weekly, monthly and season standings - Your own charts: consistency, streaks, momentum and a season race - Season endings with a champion A NOTE ON PRICING Habit League is a subscription app. You can look around every screen before paying, but building rituals and logging days is for subscribers. Prices and duration are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm, and you can cancel anytime. BUILT BY ONE PERSON I spent years reading about habits and staying stuck. Atomic Habits gave me the vocabulary, and one idea I had read but never actually used: a commitment is stronger when you make it in front of someone. What finally changed things was not another tracker, it was a handful of friends who could see whether I showed up. Habit League is that idea, made into an app. Questions, ideas, problems: mayeul@habitleague.io TERMS AND PRIVACY Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Habit League terms: https://habitleague.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://habitleague.io/privacy
