Generate an ascending, descending or pyramid interval workout with optional rest, preparation and cooldown, then save the full timeline as an editable workout. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Session Ladder from Home. Choose a shape, number of levels, first work interval and per-level increment. 2. Add optional rest and bookends. Review the complete timeline and total duration before saving. 3. Save as an editable workout, review the plan and use the existing workout runner when ready. Existing workout editing, interval running, history and settings remain available. Generated intervals are stored together in a single transaction, preserving their order and exact durations. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 12 levels and two hours total. A pyramid includes its peak once. Zero-length optional stages are omitted. Rest after the final work stage is optional. The generated workout is a timer plan, not a prescribed exercise program. iPhone and iPad.
