Your phone's camera watches your squat form. Good rep? Counted. Bad rep? You see why. Real Squat uses on-device AI pose detection to analyze your squat form in real time. No internet needed, no data sent to servers — everything runs on your phone. How it works Stand your phone to the side, tap Start, and squat. The AI tracks 17 body points to check three things every rep: - Depth — are you going low enough? - Back — is your spine staying straight? - Hip hinge — are you hinging properly, not just bending your knees? Good form? It counts. Bad form? You see exactly which check failed, so you can fix it on the next rep. Difficulty modes - Easy — depth check only, great for beginners - Normal — all three form checks active - Strict — tighter thresholds for experienced lifters - Custom — tune your own thresholds Daily goals and set mode Set a daily rep target and track your progress with a visual ring on the home screen. Split your workout into sets with configurable rest timers between each one. Challenges Progressive challenge stages with rep targets, time limits, and form-rate requirements. Earn up to 5 stars per stage based on your speed and form quality. Clear one stage to unlock the next. Compete and connect - Global leaderboards — daily, weekly, and all-time rankings by difficulty - Follow friends and see their activity feed — sessions, daily milestones, and streak achievements - Friend leaderboard — see how you rank against the people you follow Track your progress - Weekly bar chart of your training volume - Activity heatmap showing your consistency over 3, 6, or 12 months - Personal bests per difficulty level - Streak tracking with consecutive-day and goal streaks - Per-session form breakdown showing depth, back, and hip pass rates More features - Real-time skeleton overlay showing your body position - Sound effects or voice coaching in English and Japanese - Share cards for sessions and challenge results - Works without sign-in — add Google or Apple account when you're ready for social features Available in English and Japanese.

Vital helps you understand the health records already on your Apple devices. Instead of judging every number against a generic average, Vital starts with your own history. It estimates your usual range, reduces the influence of potential outliers, and highlights changes that may be worth noticing. PERSONAL BASELINES See a representative average and usual range based on recent records. Potential outliers remain visible in charts but can be excluded from baseline calculations. TRENDS AND DAILY DETAILS Explore day-by-day charts for sleep, activity, heart, mobility, hearing, nutrition, environmental exposure, mindfulness, body measurements, and other supported Health data. ANALYSIS LAB Compare two metrics on the same day or with a time lag. Vital uses rank correlation on daily changes and checks stability across time periods to reduce misleading relationships caused by shared long-term trends. CONTEXT, NOT A DIAGNOSIS Add an age and reference group to view clearly sourced population context for selected metrics. Personal trends remain separate from published reference data. APPLE WATCH AND LIVE ACTIVITIES Check your latest score and key signals from Apple Watch. When enabled, Live Activities can also show a compact summary on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and Watch Smart Stack. SHARE ON YOUR TERMS Create a Stories image, a wide post, or a compact transparent card for Today, Analysis, and Baseline. Images are generated locally and shared only after you choose a destination. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Health data and analysis stay on your device • No account required for health analysis • No advertising or behavioral analytics SDK • No health data sent to GPT or another generative AI service • Health export ZIP and XML imports are processed locally OPTIONAL PRIVATE COMMUNITY Create or join invite-only groups to share only the workout summaries you choose: activity type, date, duration, distance, and Vital Effort. Community accounts and shared summaries use Supabase. Raw HealthKit data, heart rate, sleep, HRV, location, and routes are never uploaded. Vital is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent disease, predict emergencies, or establish causation. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
