About

Your phone's camera watches your squat form. Good rep? Counted. Bad rep? You see why. Real Squat uses on-device AI pose detection to analyze your squat form in real time. No internet needed, no data sent to servers — everything runs on your phone. How it works Stand your phone to the side, tap Start, and squat. The AI tracks 17 body points to check three things every rep: - Depth — are you going low enough? - Back — is your spine staying straight? - Hip hinge — are you hinging properly, not just bending your knees? Good form? It counts. Bad form? You see exactly which check failed, so you can fix it on the next rep. Difficulty modes - Easy — depth check only, great for beginners - Normal — all three form checks active - Strict — tighter thresholds for experienced lifters - Custom — tune your own thresholds Daily goals and set mode Set a daily rep target and track your progress with a visual ring on the home screen. Split your workout into sets with configurable rest timers between each one. Challenges Progressive challenge stages with rep targets, time limits, and form-rate requirements. Earn up to 5 stars per stage based on your speed and form quality. Clear one stage to unlock the next.
