You shouldn't have to find out at the door. Rollin scores 100,000+ places 0 to 100 on getting in and getting around, so you know before you leave home. Free, and you don't need an account. Restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and outdoor spaces across New York, California, Texas, Illinois, Massachusetts, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Idaho and Washington DC. If we aren't where you are yet, searching tells you so instead of showing an empty map and letting you work it out. — OPEN THE NUMBER AND SEE WHAT IT'S MADE OF — Six things, because these are what decide whether an evening works: • Step-free entry • Wheelchair entry • Accessible bathroom • Accessible parking • Elevator • Wide aisles Each one is a tick, a cross, or a question mark. The question mark stays a question mark. A place nobody has assessed says so rather than showing a 0, and an empty record is never dressed up as good news. — WHAT THAT CHANGES, CONCRETELY — You're meeting someone at seven and three places look identical on the usual map. On Rollin one is 91: step-free entrance and accessible bathroom, both confirmed. One is 58: good entrance, no accessible bathroom, which is fine for a coffee and wrong for a long dinner. The third has never been assessed and says so, so you know it's a gamble before you take it rather than after. That's a decision. A tickbox that says "accessible: yes" is a coin toss. — IT WORKS AROUND WHAT YOU NEED — Tell Rollin which of the six matter to you and the whole map reorders. Your list stops being a list of places that work for somebody else. Skip the question and we never ask it again. Not only for wheelchair users. Step-free entry matters with a stroller, a walking stick, a bad knee, a suitcase. — HOW IT FEELS INSIDE, NOT JUST THE DOORWAY — Getting in is the first problem, not the only one. Places carry sound and light readings taken on the spot by somebody standing in the room, so you know whether it's loud and whether it's bright before you commit to an hour there. You can take a reading yourself from any place page. Hold your phone out for about 25 seconds. No audio is recorded or kept. — WHEN WE'RE WRONG, YOU CAN FIX IT — Been somewhere? Open it and say whether what we hold matches what you found at the door. Tick what's right, flag what changed. About twenty seconds, no account needed, and a person on our team reads every correction. — ALSO IN ROLLIN — • Search any place, cuisine or landmark, ranked by access and never by ad spend • Save the places that work, and hear about it when something changes • What's On: performances with ASL, audio description, captioning and sensory-friendly showings • Text size and reduce motion that live in the app, on top of your phone's own settings • VoiceOver that reads the rows. — WHO MADE IT — JoinRollin Inc, a small independent shop, not a growth machine. Every feature here shipped because somebody who lives this needed it to exist. Reports can be anonymous. We never sell your data and we never share your location with anyone else. Rollin is free, and you don't need an account to use it.
