Next-generation, personalized running. Your health data, your training plan, and a coach that knows both. Forward is a feeling. YOUR COACH, IN THE APP Message your coach about a session, a race, how you slept, or what you ate. It knows your plan, your runs, and what you told it last week. When something needs to move it proposes the change, and you accept it with one tap. YOUR DAY, ANALYSED Every morning your sleep, recovery, load and training are analysed together. The session on your calendar is judged against how you actually slept and recovered, and you are told whether to keep it, ease it, swap it for something easy, or rest. TRAINING PLANS, ONE WEEK AT A TIME Setting up a block is a conversation, not a form. Your goal comes first and a race is optional. Each week is written from what you actually ran, with periodized progression through base, build and race specific work, and recovery built in. FUEL, WITHOUT TARGETS Photograph a plate, scan a barcode, or simply tell your coach. What you eat sits beside your training so the two can be reviewed together. EVERY RUN, TRACKED GPS tracking with live pace, distance, elevation and route mapping, and splits calculated for you. Runs from any watch or app that writes to Apple Health arrive on their own and complete your planned sessions. Workout files open straight into the app. STRIDE STUDIO Scan your feet for the fit that is actually yours. See your running form analysed from a few seconds of video. Keep a private journal of how the work feels. And see your personal transformation. MEMBERSHIP Membership adds the daily analysis, your coach, weekly plan writing, and fuel logged with your coach. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
