Rhevio

Rhevio is a task planner for adults with ADHD. Say everything on your mind, and it shows you one task, not a list of forty. Tap Start for 2 minutes. If you stop there, that's still a win. You have probably tried planners before. They worked for a week or two, then you missed a day, the list filled with red, and the app became one more thing to avoid. Rhevio is built around those days. Nothing counts the days you missed, and nothing breaks when you come back. "I built Rhevio for my family. I watch how they use it, and I keep improving it." - Rhevio's founder HOW IT WORKS 1. Empty your head. Tap the mic and say everything at once. Messy is fine. Rhevio turns it into separate tasks and picks one to do first. 2. Get one thing. The Now screen shows a single task in big type with roughly how long it takes. Not this one? Skip to the next. 3. Start small. Tap Start and a 2-minute timer runs. Keep going if you want, or stop. Rhevio counts it as a win either way. WHAT'S INSIDE β’ Now: one task at a time, with Start, Not this one and Smaller. Smaller shows just the next step of a task that has steps. On iPhone models with Apple Intelligence, it can also break a vague task into small steps. β’ Energy from sleep: if you allow Apple Health, Rhevio can suggest today's energy level from how you slept and pick tasks to match. You can turn it off in Settings. β’ Brain dump: say it or type it. Phrases like "every Monday" become routines, "when I get home" ties a task to a place, and "at 9:30" sets a time. Voice works in many languages. Routine and place phrases are English for now. β’ A plant that grows: every finished task waters it. Your first win sprouts it, and it never dies. Finished plants go to your garden. β’ Routines that bend: daily, weekly, monthly or every few days, repeating from when you last did something, not from the calendar. Mark a routine as medication for a simple did-I-take-it checklist (a checklist, not medical advice). A dose is never counted as a win or a miss. β’ Places: tie a task to a place and it waits until you arrive. β’ Evening reflection: a short "How was today?" each evening, then a look at your week. No scores. β’ Widgets and controls: four widgets for your Home and Lock Screen (next task, medication, routine progress, mood check-in), Control Center controls to capture a task, start focus or check in, and Live Activities on your Lock Screen. All free, except the focus timer Live Activity, which is Premium. β’ Focus alarm: longer focus sessions can end with a real alarm, even on silent, once you allow it. β’ Your look: System, Light or Dark with four accent colors. All free. FREE, NO ACCOUNT No sign-up. Free to use, with no time limit: β’ Unlimited tasks and brain dumps β’ Smaller, the plant and garden β’ Evening reflection and your week β’ All themes, the 4 widgets, Control Center controls and Live Activities (except the focus timer one) β’ 3 active routines at any frequency and 1 place PREMIUM Premium adds unlimited routines and places, iCloud sync across your devices, sending tasks to someone, and the focus timer Live Activity on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Monthly and yearly plans both come with a 7-day free trial, one free trial per Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Rhevio is a productivity tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. Rhevio does not replace treatment, medication or advice from your doctor. Requires iOS 26 or later. Flowti: A gentler way to focus, designed for ADHD minds. Tired of timers that feel like a judge? Flowti is a judgment-free focus companion built for neurodivergent brains and anyone who struggles with attention. Instead of just counting down seconds, it shows time flowing as a calming visual arc: making abstract time feel tangible, reducing anxiety, and helping you stay on track. Why Flowti works for ADHD: β’ Visual Time Arc: Watch time progress as a soft animated ring, not just stressful numbers. ADHD brains process visuals better, making it easier to sense how much time remains without constantly checking. β’ Gentle Distraction Tracking: Mind wandered? Tap the distraction button anytime. Flowti logs it with kind feedback ("That's okay, let's keep going"): zero guilt, just gentle awareness. No shaming, no productivity scoring. β’ Structured Breaks That Actually Reset You: After each focus session, get specific rest suggestions instead of mindless phone-scrolling. Choose quick 5-minute sprints, classic Pomodoro (25/5), or custom durations that match your rhythm. β’ "Start with 5 Minutes" Button: Overcoming activation energy is hard. One tap starts a 5-minute session: the lowest possible barrier to begin, perfect for ADHD brains that struggle with task initiation. β’ Home Screen Widget: See today's pomodoros and streak at a glance, tap to instantly start focusing. β’ Focus Sounds: Rain, ocean waves, and brown noise built in β settle into deep focus without reaching for another app. β’ Mood, Notes & Achievements: After each session, mark how you felt with a simple emoji and jot down a quick note. Earn gentle achievements as your focus habit grows. Look back later to see what you were working on and when you feel most focused. β’ Focus History & Insights: See your patterns: when you focus best, common distraction triggers, your streak of consistent days. Data for self-understanding, not self-criticism. β’ ADHD-Friendly Design: Low-saturation calming colors, optional reduced animations, 3-second countdown, subtle haptics, dark mode, zero flashing elements.
