Run the best streets in Paris. RunninParis scores every street in Paris from the City's own open data: parks, trees, pedestrian zones, wide sidewalks. It gives you custom running routes, then stays with you while you run: by voice, on your Lock Screen, all the way to your watch. Enter an address and a distance. In seconds you get up to 6 routes to compare, each with its score, breakdown and elevation. You pick one, you go. NEW: RUN WITH THE APP Three ways to run, in the Run tab: free, on a route, or intervals. β’ Live distance, time and pace β’ Auto-pause at red lights β’ A voice that calls out every kilometer A GUIDED ROUTE, EYES ON THE ROAD The next turn shows in large type at the top of the map, with the street name, and the voice calls it out once at every turn. Off the route? The app tells you. INTERVALS, AT YOUR PACE Build your sessions: warm-up, reps by distance or time, recovery, cool-down, with a target pace for every rep. The voice counts 3, 2, 1, calls out each step and tells you to speed up or slow down when you leave the target. At the end, a breakdown of every rep. ON THE TRACK For intervals near one of Paris's running tracks, the app switches to track mode: pick your lane, and every lap counts the exact length of the track. ON YOUR APPLE WATCH Send a session to your watch: it waits at the top of the Workout app, with its steps and your target pace. NO NEED TO UNLOCK Your live run on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with Pause, Resume and Finish. And widgets to start a run from the Home Screen, the Lock Screen or Control Center. ALL YOUR RUNS IN ONE PLACE My runs keeps every run with its route, and your totals for the week, month and year. Every run goes to Apple Health, and runs from your watch or other apps count in your totals. Share one to your story, with its route or your splits, or export it as GPX or FIT for Strava or Garmin. YOU CHOOSE, IN FULL TRANSPARENCY Every route is named after the place it runs through, and the app compares them for you: which is the shadiest, which has the widest sidewalks, which will stop you least. WHAT YOUR RUN IS MADE OF The share of parks, pedestrian zones and streets, tree shade, sidewalk width, stops at crossings. Drag along the elevation profile, with fountains and toilets right where they are. Roadworks on the sidewalks are flagged before you set off. LOOP OR ROUTE, AT THE DISTANCE YOU ASKED FOR Ask for 10 km, run 10 km. A loop from your door, or a route from A to B with up to three stops. AND ALSO β’ Fly over your route in 3D before you go β’ Culture mode runs past Paris's monuments and plaques, with their stories β’ Tracks, pools and sports grounds around you, with their hours β’ Send a route to a friend with a link, or to Garmin, Coros, Suunto or Komoot as GPX YOUR ACCOUNT, IF YOU WANT ONE With Apple, Google or a code sent by email, no password: your runs, routes, home, work and favorite places are kept in it. 100% PARIS, DONE RIGHT All of Paris intra-muros, every street plus both woods, scored and mapped. We'd rather do Paris perfectly than all of Γle-de-France halfway. MADE FOR β’ Parisians who finally want genuinely pleasant runs: wide sidewalks, parks, car-free β’ Anyone training for a 10K, the Paris Half or the Paris Marathon, long runs and intervals included β’ Visiting runners who want the real, beautiful Paris Free. No subscription. Account optional. Enjoy your run!
