Receipt to PDF
Read full descriptionHide full description
Build a reimbursement PDF from selected receipts with a cover, separate-currency totals, an index and every saved proof page, plus a file manifest. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Packets. Choose outstanding billable receipts, or turn off that filter to include other records. 2. Name the packet and check each currency total. Add missing amounts or receipt pages in the library before building. 3. Build the verified packet and share its PDF with the manifest. Saved packets reopen independently of later receipt edits. Scanning, on-device OCR, searchable library, merchant insights, billing, warranty tracking, mileage, per diem and reports remain available. Page replacement preserves old images until the replacement index saves successfully. An unreadable library blocks changes and preserves files. WHAT TO KNOW Up to 100 receipts and 300 proof pages per packet. Currencies are totaled separately without exchange-rate conversion. Packet creation does not mark receipts reimbursed. Missing proof pages stop export. The checksum identifies the generated PDF; it does not certify the truth of the underlying receipt. iPhone and iPad.
