Translate PS5 game subtitles into your language and display them on a compatible TV. DIRECT PS5 CONNECTION Connect your iPhone or iPad directly to your PS5 on the same local network. Use a separate PSN account for the connection while you play with your main profile and controller. No screen broadcast or separate streaming app is required. Text recognition and translation run on your Apple device; translated captions are relayed over the internet to your paired receiver. UP TO THREE READING AREAS Select up to three areas of the game screen. Set the subtitle position, size and colors separately for each area. TV SETUP Follow the in-app instructions for your TV. Depending on the model, a companion receiver or the TV browser is required. Receiver availability and HDMI subtitle display vary by model. Samsung installation requires a separate compatible phone; compatible Vestel models use the TV browser. External TV boxes are not supported. Check compatibility before subscribing. 10-DAY FREE ACCESS A one-time 10-day free access period starts on first launch of a supporting version. The timer continues while the app is closed. No purchase is required and access does not automatically become a paid subscription. After the period ends, TV translation requires an active subscription. Upgrading an earlier trial preserves its original start time. REQUIREMENTS Requires iOS/iPadOS 26 or later, a PS5 with Remote Play enabled, a separate PSN account, local-network access, internet and supported downloaded language packs. Background operation is subject to iOS resource limits and may be interrupted; uninterrupted or locked-screen operation is not guaranteed. Accuracy and language availability depend on on-device language support. Console Translator does not provide games or game content and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony. SUBSCRIPTIONS Weekly, monthly and yearly plans provide the same translation features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
