About

Reserve

Reserve is a quiet workout log for lifters who train with reps in reserve. Every set asks for three things: weight, reps, and RIR. Last session stays on screen so you know what to beat. Plate math, the rest timer, and the next target run themselves — you just lift. WHAT IT DOES • Fast set logging — last time’s weight and reps are waiting; you confirm, pick RIR, and go • Plate math — set your bar and the heaviest plate in the gym once; Reserve shows which plates to load on each side • Rest timer — starts when you log a set and chimes on the lock screen when it’s time • Double progression — climb the rep range, then the load. Reserve tells you when the increase is earned • Goals — set strength targets and mark them complete only when you actually lift the weight, never from an estimate • Progress — RIR-adjusted e1RM trend, weekly volume, muscle-group balance, consistency • Workouts that rotate — start from Full Body, Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, or Heavy Duty, or build your own. Warm-up sets, set notes, and a searchable catalog of 1,200+ exercises • History you can fix — open a finished session, correct a set; totals and records update with it HONEST NUMBERS No confetti, no streaks, no badges. A prediction is not a personal record. Estimated 1RM is a trend. A record is something you lifted. YOUR LOG STAYS HERE No account. No server. No ads. No tracking. No subscription. Back up to a file, export CSV, or share a one-page PDF report. Bring history from Strong or Hevy with a CSV import. ACCESSIBILITY VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Dark Mode, Reduce Motion, and meaning that never relies on color alone. English and Turkish. Kilograms or pounds.
