See your eating window without starting a timer. Log a meal in one tap. Ridma works out your eating window and overnight gap from what you log, whether today is one meal or three. Check in on your energy, gut or mood when you want, and see them side by side. NOTHING TO START OR STOP No countdown, no streaks, no calories, macros or portions. You eat when you eat; Ridma keeps the record. ONE MEAL SOME DAYS, TWO ON OTHERS • Your week at a glance on Timeline, with each day's eating window • One-meal and two-meal days, counted from your log, with no target to hit • Your usual first and last meal, and how steady they are • Meals, snacks and coffee on one timeline, easy to edit if you log late HOW THE DAY FELT, ALONGSIDE IT Choose Energy or Digestion as your focus and it appears on Today next to your meals: rate it higher and the line rises, lower and it dips. Check-ins for mood, hunger and cravings are there when you want them. Sleep and movement come from Apple Health, if you connect it. A WEEK YOU CAN READ When a week ends, Ridma compares it with the week before and points out one thing worth noticing, with your gut, energy and mood alongside. Some weeks there is nothing new, and it says so. YOUR JOURNAL (NEW) Add a photo or a note to any meal, coffee or check-in, from its editor or right after you log. The journal gathers them by month, with "On this day" and a short letter when each month ends. Share a moment as a card that shows only what you choose. RIDMA PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) Logging meals, coffee, check-ins, notes and photos is free, and so are the current week and your first patterns. Premium adds the long view: • Your patterns over twelve weeks, next to how you felt • Every finished week, kept to read back • The journal, with a letter each month • Small experiments, like a 16:8 week or an earlier dinner, to see how a change felt. Stop any time. • One small intention for tomorrow, and a short evening summary written on your device If you're eligible, the yearly plan starts with a free trial, and Ridma can remind you before it ends. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. Your logs and photos are stored on your iPhone, and backups and exports happen only when you choose them. Ridma is for personal awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have symptoms that worry you, or eating feels hard to manage, talk to a doctor before you change how you eat. Works with Apple Watch, Siri and Home Screen widgets. Requires iOS 26 or later. About

DingBit

DingBit — Hear the Ding, get the (ha)Bit. A calmer way to build habits on iPhone and Apple Watch. DingBit uses the oldest trick in behavioral science — Pavlovian conditioning — to turn a gentle ding into your cue to breathe, stretch, hydrate, or anything else you want to do more often. Set the rhythm. Hear the ding. Do the thing. Over time, the sound itself becomes the habit. How it works Pick a habit. Choose how often it should ding — every hour, three times a day, only on weekdays, your call. When the ding plays on your iPhone or taps your wrist on Apple Watch, you do the small action. One tap confirms it. That's the whole loop. No streaks to protect. No guilt for missing one. No noisy gamification. Just a quiet, repeatable cue that trains your nervous system the way a bell trained Pavlov's dogs. Features • Pavlovian habit conditioning — sound and haptic cues that build real automaticity • Native Apple Watch app — discreet wrist taps, one-tap confirmation, no phone needed • Flexible schedules — pick frequency, time windows, and active days per habit • Custom instructions — write your own micro-prompt for each habit ("inhale 4, exhale 6") • Wellness-retreat design — calm typography, warm tones, zero clinical clutter • Fully on-device — no account, no cloud, no tracking. Your habits stay yours. Perfect for • Mindful breathing and posture checks • Hydration and movement reminders • Gratitude pauses, focus resets, micro-stretches • Anyone tired of habit apps that shame you into compliance DingBit is free for your first three habits. Unlock unlimited habits with a one-time upgrade — no subscription required for the basics. Build habits the way the brain actually learns them. Let the ding do the work.
