You know the feeling. You work all day and still go to bed with the sense that nothing truly got finished. The list grew. The tasks blurred together. You were busy — but busy is not the same as done. FASTER was built for that moment. FASTER is a simple time management app for choosing what matters and getting it done. It is based on the method in Jeff Morris’s book, FASTER: A System for Finishing What Matters, and turns those ideas into a daily practice. HOW IT WORKS Each morning, choose the tasks that truly must get done today. Not everything you could do. Not everything you want to do. Only what matters most. Then estimate how long each task will take. FASTER adds up your daily workload before you begin, so you can see whether your plan is realistic. Your Must Do Today list holds a maximum of 10 tasks. That limit is intentional. When everything is a priority, nothing is. Finish all 10? Only then add more. FOCUS Tap Focus to start a countdown timer for a task. No distractions. No task switching. Just the work in front of you. When you finish, mark it complete. FASTER tracks your estimated time against your actual time, helping you plan more accurately and work more deliberately. FUTURE TO-DOS Everything that matters, but not today, goes here. Work. Home. Personal. Other. Four simple buckets. One trusted place. Capture it. Clear it from your mind. Move on. Your brain is for thinking, not for storing reminders. THAT’S THE APP. No project boards. No tags. No integrations. No bloated system to maintain. FASTER is deliberately simple because complicated productivity systems often create more friction than progress. Your data stays on your device and backs up through your phone’s built-in cloud. No accounts. No passwords. No servers tracking what you do. FASTER is the companion app to the book by Jeff Morris, a lawyer and executive coach who helps busy people regain control of their day. The app is free. The book shows you how to use the system fully. If other productivity apps have left you feeling organized but still behind, FASTER is different. It does not promise that you will get everything done. It helps you finish what matters. FASTER is for busy people, like freelancers, professionals, parents, students, and anyone who wants to regain control of their day. Your day is finite. Make it count.
Daymark Planner
Read full descriptionHide full description
Daymark is not another generic to‑do list. It’s a structured daily planning system inspired by classic two-page per day paper planners — a methodology used for decades by leaders, executives, and high‑performance professionals. Where most task apps focus on endless lists, Daymark focuses on daily intentionality. Each day is a fresh page. Each task has a status. Each note is tied to real action. And unfinished items are carried forward deliberately, not forgotten. What makes Daymark unique? - A true daily‑page metaphor - Each day is its own “page”, just like a physical planner. Tasks and notes live together, giving you a complete picture of your day. Task statuses: Mark tasks as A/B/C priority, Completed, Delegated, or Forwarded — the same system used in your favorite paper planner. Automatic task forwarding: Unfinished tasks can be intentionally moved to the next day, preserving continuity and preventing forgotten commitments. Linked notes and tasks: Notes aren’t just text — they can reference tasks, decisions, and follow‑ups, creating a traceable record of your thinking. Built for consistency: Daymark encourages a daily planning ritual that builds momentum and reduces cognitive load. Who Daymark is for: - Professionals who want a structured, proven planning system - People who prefer a daily “paper planner” feel - Users who want clarity, not complexity Why it offers lasting value: - Daymark is designed around daily repetition, intentional planning, and long‑term habit formation. It provides: - A consistent workflow - A repeatable daily planning ritual - A system that grows more valuable the more you use it This is not a one‑off utility. It’s a daily companion for personal productivity.
