About

CorePose

CorePose is a self-care app developed by an orthopedic surgeon. Use your iPhone's camera, and LiDAR on supported devices, to record your posture, range of motion (ROM) and balance. Look back on your results and how you feel each day, and keep up a routine with exercise guides and suggestions from the AI coach. MEASURE POSTURE AND MOVEMENT - Posture Check: visualizes your full-body posture from the camera, with area checks for the lower back, knees, and shoulders and neck. Compare your usual and corrected posture, check your relaxed posture, and view it in 3D. - Range of Motion (ROM): records shoulder, elbow, knee, hip and other joint angles, including left-right differences. - Finger ROM, Full-Body Mobility Check and Free Motion. - Balance Assessment and Functional Reach: records body sway while standing and how far you can reach forward. - Strength Scan: estimates lower-body power from five sit-to-stands, or counts sit-to-stands in 30 seconds. - Body Scan: records body circumferences, widths and segment lengths as reference values. KEEP UP SELF-CARE THAT SUITS YOU - Exercise guides with videos and step-by-step instructions, including short stretches for breaks from desk work. - Personal AI Coach: suggests an exercise menu based on your posture, pain and how you feel that day. - AI Chat: talk about aches or exercise questions in your own words. It suggests self-care based on the conversation and your records, and encourages you to see a healthcare professional when your symptoms call for it. RECORD AND REVIEW CHANGES - Daily Check-in: log how you feel, your pain and a note in seconds. - Trends: follow posture scores, ROM and pain over time and compare past and present results. - My Body Record: your measurements, questionnaire answers and daily records in one place. - PDF report: save or share your measurements and progress, for example to show your clinician. START FREE - Free: 4 full-body posture checks a month, health questionnaire, basic self-care, daily records, 30-day progress, PDF report - Plus: unlimited posture checks, area posture checks, ideal and relaxed posture checks, more self-care, AI Chat and more - Pro: ROM, finger ROM, mobility, balance, strength and Body Scan measurements, Personal AI Coach and more - Expert: My Body Record, Personal AI Coach+, exclusive exercises and more Features and limits vary by plan. See the plan details in the app. SUPPORTED DEVICES Posture checks and many other features work without LiDAR. Without LiDAR, ROM measurement is limited to supported joints and movements and is shown as a reference value. Balance Assessment, Functional Reach and Body Scan require a LiDAR-equipped device. APPLE HEALTH (OPTIONAL) Only if you allow it, CorePose reads data such as steps, activity, heart rate, weight and sleep from the Health app to visualize your records and suggest self-care. It can write the weight you record to the Health app, and on Plus and above it can also write ROM, balance and Functional Reach sessions as workouts (without measured values such as angles). IMPORTANT CorePose is not registered, cleared or approved as a medical device by the US FDA or any other regulator. Its information and measurements are reference values for wellness and self-care and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a doctor. Results can be affected by your device, the capture environment, and your posture and movement. ABOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS - Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions. - Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. - Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
