Where did it hurt, when, and how bad? Tap the spot on a body map, or just tell Siri. Before your visit, turn your records into one clear note for your doctor. Symptom Memo turns "I don't feel well" into a record you can actually look back on. ◆ Three ways to log. The worse you feel, the easier it gets. BODY MAP Tap a body silhouette to drop a pin exactly where it hurts. Switch between front and back, so "the right side of my head" is saved as a place, not a guess. SYMPTOM ONLY For nausea, diarrhea, and anything where the symptom matters more than the spot. Skip the body map and log it in seconds. SIRI Too sore to open the app? Just say it. - "Log a symptom. Headache." - "Log a symptom. Headache, level 2." Leave the level out and it is saved as level 3. ◆ Doctor visit notes. Never freeze up at "when did it start?" Write down what you want to tell your doctor before the visit. - Filter by period, symptom, or chart, pick the records, and add them to your note - Add them as editable text, or attach them as compact cards - Choose what to include: time, severity, location, temperature, what helped, and more - See photos from your records as thumbnails and tap to enlarge - Add your own questions and anything else on your mind - Copy or share the note to any app In the exam room, just show it or read it out. SYMPTOM SUMMARY Switch from your notes to see counts, severity, locations, triggers, and results over any period. ◆ Log the details that matter - Severity on a 5-level scale - Body temperature, saved with the symptom and charted over time - Photos of swelling, rashes, and other visible changes - Categories: Pain / Nausea / Fatigue / Itchiness / Discomfort / Other - Duration from 15 minutes to 12 hours, in one tap - Possible triggers: Lack of sleep / Stress / After eating / Alcohol / Post-exercise / Weather / Menstruation / Unknown - Add, rename, and reorder your own symptoms and triggers - Free-text notes for anything else ◆ Track what you tried, and what actually helped Took medicine, lay down, applied heat or cold, drank water, went to the doctor. Log what you did, then the result: Improved / Slightly improved / No change / Got worse. Find the remedies that work for your body, in your own records. ◆ Look back, and notice the pattern - History: every log by date, with a switch between list and calendar - Charts: group logs for the same symptom and follow its course - Daily review: symptoms, remedies, and lifestyle data for any day - Heat map: see where symptoms cluster on your body over a period - Trend analysis: automatic patterns in timing and frequency for the same area - Remedy effectiveness: how many times each remedy led to improvement ◆ Compare with the data you already have Connect Apple Health and see how symptom days differ from the rest. - Sleep duration - Step count - Resting heart rate "I sleep 30 minutes less on symptom days." ◆ For the people you care for - Add family members and log symptoms for your child or partner - Send an invite link to share records with family ◆ Made for iPhone Duo too Closed, log in seconds on the outer screen with one hand. Open it up to see your records and notes side by side on the large display. ◆ Built to stay private - No account required. Start logging the moment you download - Works fully offline. Your symptom data stays on your device - iCloud backup and restore, so a new phone is no problem - Follow-up reminders so you do not forget to log ◆ Great for - Recurring headaches, back pain, or any chronic condition - Describing symptoms accurately at a doctor visit - Making sense of unexplained health issues - Parents tracking a child or family member Symptom Memo is a personal health journal for the small signals your body sends. Log a dizzy spell or a headache right when it happens. Tap "Dizzy now" and a dark screen starts a timer, so how long it lasted is saved for you. Switch between Vertigo mode and Headache mode with one tap at the top of Home. Your records stay either way. ■ Vertigo mode • "Dizzy now": a dark screen with a timer, and at the top, when to call an ambulance right away, with a call button • Daily log: dizziness, distress and activity from 0 to 4; ringing, hearing and ear fullness for each ear. Days in bed, off work or not driving are counted too ■ Headache mode • "Hurts now": the time is saved the moment you tap. Where it hurts, severity and medicine can wait • Today's headache: once a day, one tap (none, mild, half, lying down), on the Japanese Headache Society diary's scale • Medication days (free): days per medicine type, next to the International Classification of Headache Disorders guideline (10 or 15 days a month). Ask your doctor or pharmacist about how you use medicine • Log your usual warning signs before the pain (yawning, a stiff neck, flickering lights…) — even when nothing hurts yet ■ Tip cards and a monthly look-back • One short card a day on Home, restating information from public health bodies and medical societies, with the source. "Read more" opens the original page • Monthly look-back: every 30 days, days counted from your log plus three questions. No scores. Your answers appear next to last month's in the doctor report ■ Pressure, matched against YOUR records • A barometric forecast for your area, as a chart and a sky you can scrub through time: the next 24 hours free, 3 days and a full week with Pro • An alert before big drops — before, not while it is already falling (free for your first 14 days, then Pro) ■ Monthly summary (Pro) • A weekday × time-of-day grid shows where your worst attacks gather • Days that lined up with sleep, stress, skipped meals, caffeine, alcohol or menstruation, counted side by side with days that did not • Headache days per month, before and after starting a preventive, side by side • Medications ranked by how often they worked, with how much you took on the same screen • It reports counted facts. It does not diagnose or predict ■ Ready for the consultation room • Two doctor-ready reports, one for each doctor (Pro). The Vertigo Log lists duration, triggers and ear symptoms. The Headache Log is laid out like a paper headache diary: morning/afternoon/night columns, severity as + marks, medication and its effect, menstruation, symptom marks • Visit prep (Pro): your next appointment and questions for your doctor, on page 1 of the report • Export everything as CSV (Pro) ■ Free, forever Unlimited attack, daily, headache-day and warning-sign records, medication days, the monthly look-back, tip cards, the next 24 hours of pressure and sky, your last 3 days of history, daily logs (sleep, skipped meals, stress, menstruation and more) and record reminders are all free. For your first 14 days, full history and pre-drop alerts are free to try too. ■ Vertigo Tracker Pro Full history, the full monthly summary, before-and-after for preventives, a week of pressure ahead, pre-drop alerts, the doctor-ready PDF, visit prep and CSV export. • Monthly plan (free trial included, auto-renewing, cancel anytime) • Yearly plan (auto-renewing, cheaper than paying monthly) • One-time purchase (pay once) All three unlock the same features. Your records are never taken away if you stay free. ■ Privacy No account. Your records stay on this device only — nothing is sent to the developer or anyone else. Zero ads and zero analytics SDKs (App Privacy: Data Not Collected). Vertigo Tracker is a journaling app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict or treat any condition.
