Stop wondering "when did I take that?" Dose Timer is a countdown app for as-needed (PRN) medicines — headache pills, fever reducers, stomach medicine. Log a dose with one tap, and see exactly when you can take the next one. No more staring at the clock in the middle of the night. ■ One-tap logging Tap "Taken" and a dose log is recorded at the current time — the countdown starts instantly (with a 5-second Undo in case you tap by mistake). ■ Know what's next, at a glance "2h 15m left" or "Interval has passed" — based on the interval you set, the current state is always clear at a glance. ■ Daily limit, at a glance See how many times you've taken a dose today (e.g. "2/4 today"). Once you hit your limit, the app shows "Today's limit reached." ■ Editable history Forgot to log a dose right away? Add a past dose with a specific time, and edit or delete any entry. Everything is organized by day. ■ Optional interval-elapsed notifications A quiet local notification you can turn on or off per medicine. It only says "the interval has passed" — it never tells you to take anything. ■ Track medicines separately — including your kids' Add multiple medicines to track your own headache pills and your child's fever reducer separately (up to 2 free). ■ Home & Lock Screen widgets (Medicine Pass) Keep a live countdown ring for your chosen medicine on the Home or Lock Screen, and log a dose right from the widget — without opening the app. ■ iCloud sync Your medicines and dose logs carry over across devices and reinstalls via iCloud. ―――――――――― Please read before you rely on this app ―――――――――― This app has no built-in knowledge of medicines. You enter the dosing interval and daily limit yourself, based on the package instructions or your doctor's/pharmacist's guidance. The app only records your input and calculates estimates from it — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or dosing instructions. Always follow the package insert and your doctor's or pharmacist's directions for dosage and usage. ―――――――――― Pricing ―――――――――― Track up to 2 medicines for free. Adding a 3rd medicine, Home/Lock Screen widgets, and CSV export of your dose logs require Medicine Pass — a one-time purchase (¥900 in Japan; price shown in your local currency at checkout), not a subscription. Optional tips to support development are also available (Coffee / Good Burger / Dinner, all consumable, priced at roughly ¥500 / ¥1,500 / ¥5,000). All core features work the same whether or not you purchase anything. Privacy Policy: https://kakovail.info/privacy/ * This app only records doses and shows estimates. It does not provide medical evaluation, advice, or diagnosis.

Log a dizzy spell or a headache right when it happens. Tap "Dizzy now" and a dark screen starts a timer, so how long it lasted is saved for you. Switch between Vertigo mode and Headache mode with one tap at the top of Home. Your records stay either way. ■ Vertigo mode • "Dizzy now": a dark screen with a timer, and at the top, when to call an ambulance right away, with a call button • Daily log: dizziness, distress and activity from 0 to 4; ringing, hearing and ear fullness for each ear. Days in bed, off work or not driving are counted too ■ Headache mode • "Hurts now": the time is saved the moment you tap. Where it hurts, severity and medicine can wait • Today's headache: once a day, one tap (none, mild, half, lying down), on the Japanese Headache Society diary's scale • Medication days (free): days per medicine type, next to the International Classification of Headache Disorders guideline (10 or 15 days a month). Ask your doctor or pharmacist about how you use medicine • Log your usual warning signs before the pain (yawning, a stiff neck, flickering lights…) — even when nothing hurts yet ■ Tip cards and a monthly look-back • One short card a day on Home, restating information from public health bodies and medical societies, with the source. "Read more" opens the original page • Monthly look-back: every 30 days, days counted from your log plus three questions. No scores. Your answers appear next to last month's in the doctor report ■ Pressure, matched against YOUR records • A barometric forecast for your area, as a chart and a sky you can scrub through time: the next 24 hours free, 3 days and a full week with Pro • An alert before big drops — before, not while it is already falling (free for your first 14 days, then Pro) ■ Monthly summary (Pro) • A weekday × time-of-day grid shows where your worst attacks gather • Days that lined up with sleep, stress, skipped meals, caffeine, alcohol or menstruation, counted side by side with days that did not • Headache days per month, before and after starting a preventive, side by side • Medications ranked by how often they worked, with how much you took on the same screen • It reports counted facts. It does not diagnose or predict ■ Ready for the consultation room • Two doctor-ready reports, one for each doctor (Pro). The Vertigo Log lists duration, triggers and ear symptoms. The Headache Log is laid out like a paper headache diary: morning/afternoon/night columns, severity as + marks, medication and its effect, menstruation, symptom marks • Visit prep (Pro): your next appointment and questions for your doctor, on page 1 of the report • Export everything as CSV (Pro) ■ Free, forever Unlimited attack, daily, headache-day and warning-sign records, medication days, the monthly look-back, tip cards, the next 24 hours of pressure and sky, your last 3 days of history, daily logs (sleep, skipped meals, stress, menstruation and more) and record reminders are all free. For your first 14 days, full history and pre-drop alerts are free to try too. ■ Vertigo Tracker Pro Full history, the full monthly summary, before-and-after for preventives, a week of pressure ahead, pre-drop alerts, the doctor-ready PDF, visit prep and CSV export. • Monthly plan (free trial included, auto-renewing, cancel anytime) • Yearly plan (auto-renewing, cheaper than paying monthly) • One-time purchase (pay once) All three unlock the same features. Your records are never taken away if you stay free. ■ Privacy No account. Your records stay on this device only — nothing is sent to the developer or anyone else. Zero ads and zero analytics SDKs (App Privacy: Data Not Collected). Vertigo Tracker is a journaling app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, predict or treat any condition.
