What should I eat now? Fuel helps you find a simple next step, based on what you’ve eaten, what you like and how you live. Keep a food diary, track calories and macros, and get practical suggestions for the rest of your day. All in a calm, handwritten space that feels like your own notebook. A NEXT MEAL THAT FITS YOUR DAY Fuel considers your logged food, goals, preferences, pantry, training plans and recent sleep. See a suggested food, portion and time, with a short explanation of why it fits. Cook at home, choose ready-to-eat food or prefer ordering? Set your routine so suggestions make sense for you. LOG WHAT YOU ACTUALLY EAT Search for products, scan a barcode, read text from a food label or describe a simple meal in text. Check the details, choose your portion and add it to your diary. Keep calories, protein, carbs and fat together. You can also log alcoholic drinks with editable serving sizes and calorie estimates. START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE Keep track of the food in your fridge and pantry. Fuel can suggest what you already have, then help you see what to buy next with a shopping list that takes your stock and food preferences into account. SEE YOUR DAYS COME TOGETHER Add meals, drinks, workouts, weight, sleep, thoughts and feelings to your timeline whenever you want. Every entry is optional. Set your own calorie and macro goals, record optional body-fat measurements, and see your daily nutrition balance. Import sleep from Apple Health or record it yourself; manual sleep entries take priority for that day. MAKE IT FEEL LIKE YOURS Choose from six soft paper colors. Handwritten headings, simple food illustrations and clear numbers bring a little calm to everyday tracking. Your day doesn’t need to be perfect. Just start with your next meal.
