KEY FEATURES Quick Add That Understands You Type "Buy milk tomorrow at 5pm +Home !2 *shopping" and mDone files it in the right project, with the due date, priority and label already set. Everything it picks up shows as a chip before you add the task, so nothing happens by surprise. Switch it on in Settings. Smart Lists Stay on top of what matters. Today, Upcoming and Overdue views organise your tasks, so you always know what to focus on next. Current Tasks Keep long-running work top of mind. Mark a task as Current and it stays pinned above Today, with a progress bar you can update and a gentle nudge when it has sat untouched for too long. Kanban Boards Open any project as a board. Drag cards between columns and reorder them, exactly as they appear in Vikunja's web app. Subtasks, Checklists and Labels Break big tasks into subtasks, link related tasks, tick off checklists written in a task's description, and add or create labels without leaving the app. Projects and Favorites Organise tasks into projects and sub-projects, sort them by date, priority or your own manual order, and keep the ones you use most one tap away. Siri, Hands-Free Say "Add a task in mDone" and Siri adds it without opening the app. Works over CarPlay, on AirPods and on Apple Watch. Home Screen and Lock Screen Widgets See your tasks at a glance: today's agenda, what is coming up, and anything overdue. Focus Timer with Live Activities Work through a task with purpose. Live Activities keep the timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Repeating Tasks Daily, weekly, monthly or custom intervals. Completing a repeating task schedules its next occurrence. Calendar View See your tasks across days and weeks alongside your calendar events. Spot the gaps and plan ahead. Offline Support mDone caches your tasks so you can keep working without a connection. Changes sync back to your server when you are online again. Privacy First Zero analytics, zero tracking, zero third-party SDKs. mDone talks only to your Vikunja server, and your data stays entirely under your control. Available in English and Simplified Chinese. REQUIREMENTS - A self-hosted Vikunja server (vikunja.io) - An account on that server mDone is open source. Track anything you quit, start or last did, and restart without losing your history. Every attempt stays on your timeline. Private, no account, no ads. Progress is rarely a perfect streak, so Everlyst keeps the whole story every time you begin again. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Create journeys for anything you stopped, started, last did or committed to • Start fast with ready-made journeys: quit smoking, alcohol-free days, vaping, sugar, social media, exercise, last haircut, a trip countdown and more • See a live day counter and precise elapsed time • Restart in one tap; earlier attempts stay in your history • Sign a promise for a journey in your own handwriting • Read Today's thought, with an optional 8:00 morning notification • Keep private reflections; review Insights and weekly stories built only from your own entries • Keep counters close with Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets • Archive finished journeys and restore them anytime, history intact QUIT TOOLKIT • Money saved and drinks, cigarettes or vapes avoided, counted for each quit journey • A health timeline for quitting smoking, vaping or alcohol, based on public health sources. General information, not medical advice • Craving SOS: an urge timer and guided breathing, plus a note of what triggered it • Log a slip without restarting, or restart and keep every attempt • A month calendar with your slip-free streak and success rate PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your journeys, reflections, promises and history are stored on your device. Everlyst needs no account and has no advertising or cross-app tracking. Optional private iCloud sync is off by default. Face ID lock, discreet widgets, notification privacy, export controls and a private app switcher view let you choose what appears outside the app. Apple and RevenueCat process purchases. If "Share anonymous usage" is on (switch it off in Settings), RevenueCat also receives coarse, content-free signals such as the number of active journeys. Titles, reflections, signatures and anything you type are never sent. FREE AND EVERLYST+ Free includes up to three active journeys, restarts with complete attempt history, reflections, promises, Today's thought, reminders, archive and restore, Face ID lock, optional iCloud sync, backup export and restore, context tags, a first next-step plan per journey and your first weekly story (available once a calendar week with activity closes). The quit toolkit is free too: money saved, units avoided, craving SOS, slip logging, the month calendar and the first three health stages. Everlyst+ adds unlimited active journeys, ongoing weekly stories, full Insights, the Private Progress Book, custom milestones, themes and widget styles, per-journey privacy and premium exports. For quitting it adds savings goals and breakdown, the full health timeline, craving patterns and the year calendar. It also includes plans for later attempts, guided reflections, context exploration and selective support-update sharing. Saved personal content stays readable if a subscription ends; creating or configuring premium output requires active access. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS Everlyst+ is available as a yearly or monthly auto-renewable subscription; both unlock the same features. Eligible new subscribers may receive the yearly free trial or a lower first-month price on the monthly plan, as shown before purchase. Prices vary by storefront; the paywall and Apple purchase sheet show the local price, renewal period and any trial terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or trial. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings.
