EarnIt vs ActNow

Stop doomscrolling. Earn your screen time. EarnIt locks the apps you waste time on and unlocks them only when you complete real workouts — push-ups, squats, planks, steps and more, counted and verified by AI using your phone's camera. No equipment. No gym. No excuses. You pick the apps. You pick the workout. Your phone watches your form, counts every rep, and only unlocks your apps when the work is done. WHAT MAKES EARNIT DIFFERENT Most screen time apps just block you. EarnIt makes you earn it. Your favorite apps become the reward for real physical activity. AI-POWERED REP COUNTING Point your phone at yourself and start moving. EarnIt uses on-device pose detection to recognize exercises in real time: • Counts push-ups, squats, sit-ups, crunches, lunges, jumping jacks, high knees, mountain climbers and burpees • Tracks timed exercises like planks and stretches • Counts your steps when you walk or run — no camera needed • Verifies every rep so you can't cheat the system No wearable needed — just your iPhone. ALREADY WORKED OUT? UNLOCK WITH APPLE HEALTH Already worked out today — at the gym, on a run, or in another app? Turn on Apple Health sync and a recent workout unlocks your apps automatically, so you don't do extra reps just to open your phone. Optional, off by default. LOCK ANY APP ON YOUR PHONE Choose the apps to lock — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, Netflix, X, Discord, Roblox and more — or add any app installed on your phone. Set how long each app stays unlocked once you've earned it: • 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or the rest of the day • Per-rep mode: every rep earns you screen time • Custom duration: dial it in to the minute TWO LOCK MODES • Mindful Mode: a 10-second pause before opening the app, with a snooze option. Awareness without hard restrictions. • Standard Mode: the app stays fully locked until you finish your workout. No shortcuts. READY-MADE WORKOUTS Five templates so you never have to think: • Quick 5: a fast 5-minute routine for busy days • Morning Grind: a full warm-up to start your day • Cardio Burn: high-intensity when you need to sweat • Stretch Flow: recovery and mobility for rest days • Full Body: complete strength work head to toe Or build your own with any combination of exercises, sets, reps, and rest times. SMART RANDOMIZATION Turn on smart randomization and EarnIt surprises you with a different workout each time, so you can't autopilot through the easiest one. SEE THE TIME YOU'RE WINNING BACK Your Progress dashboard shows screen time per locked app, with a this-week vs last-week comparison and daily average — watch the hours you're reclaiming. Plus: • Current streak and personal best • Total workouts, sets, and reps • Workout minutes logged • Estimated calories burned STREAKS AND MILESTONES Track your daily streak and hit milestones at 7, 30, 100 days and beyond.
