MOVE, AND THE CLOCK STOPS. Beast Plank is a plank timer that watches your joints in real time through your iPhone's camera. The clock only runs while you hold still. Drop an elbow, sway a hip, and it stops instantly. The beast does not miss. WHO IT IS FOR - Anyone whose "one minute plank" is really 40 seconds of shaking - Anyone who keeps counting while their form falls apart - Anyone who wants a referee at home that cannot be fooled - Anyone building a daily core-training habit AI STILLNESS JUDGING On-device pose estimation tracks your upper-body joints - head, shoulders, elbows and wrists - and up to 17 in total with lower-body judging on. Beast Plank measures how far each joint drifts and turns the moving ones red. Detect motion and the timer pauses automatically; hold still and it resumes on its own. SEE WHAT MOVED The screen names the joints that broke the hold, like "(L Shoulder, R Elbow)", so you learn exactly where your form gives out. TUNE HOW STRICT IT IS - Strictness: level 1-10. Higher levels react to smaller movements. - Reaction window: 0.2-2.0 seconds. Shorter reacts faster, longer tolerates wobble. - Countdown: 3-30 seconds to get into position before the clock starts. - Lower body: off by default, because the far leg hides behind the near one in a side view and causes false positives. FRAMING GUIDE Live guidance tells you when you are too close or too far, so your whole body stays in frame. If a joint leaves the frame, the timer stops as well. YOUR RECORD, KEPT Every cleared session is saved on your device: total sessions, total time, personal best, and the duration and pause count of each hold. Finish without a single pause and you earn the NO-STOP badge. 45 LANGUAGES The app follows your device language on first launch, and you can switch any time in Settings. PRIVACY: THE VIDEO NEVER LEAVES YOUR IPHONE - Pose estimation runs entirely on your device. - No camera frames, photos or video are ever stored - not even temporary files. - Joint coordinates and other analysis results are never uploaded. - Your plank history is stored only on your device. There is no cloud sync. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) - No ads: hides every banner and video ad. - Longer timers: raise the limit from 60 seconds to 999 seconds. Plans - Monthly: $1.99 per month (auto-renewing) - Yearly: $19.99 per year (auto-renewing, 2 months free) Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. BEFORE YOU START The app uses your camera, so train in a well-lit space with room to fit your whole body in frame. IMPORTANT This app is not intended for medical, diagnostic or treatment purposes.
