No account. No XtrkR server. Nothing to sign up for. XtrkR is a private sexual health tracker for gay and bi men, built by one person who wanted it for himself and could not find it. I made it because the health side of my sex life lived in my Notes app: PrEP doses, test dates, who and when. Every app that could have held it was either a general health app that did not know what 2-1-1 was, or a dating app I would never trust with it. So I built the thing I wanted. Every health tool in it is free, for everyone, forever. The paid part is the analytics on top, and it exists so the app charges the people who choose to pay instead of paying for itself with your data. EVERY HEALTH TOOL IS FREE • Every PrEP regimen: daily, on-demand 2-1-1, and both injectables, Apretude (every 2 months) and Yeztugo (every 6 months), with PrEP streaks and reminders • ART tracking • DoxyPEP doses tied to the encounter they follow, with the 72-hour window • A 28-day PEP course with follow-up test reminders • STI tests by site (throat, rectal, urethral, blood) with pending-result alerts • Vaccinations: HPV, Hep A and B, Mpox, meningococcal, with dose series • Exposure windows and PEP eligibility by HIV test type • Testing reminders that adjust to how active you are • A clinic finder, a provider summary PDF you can hand your doctor, and a shareable "I got tested" badge • Siri ("Hey Siri, I took my PrEP"), widgets, and personal goals It is the first app to combine both injectable PrEP regimens, Apretude (every 2 months) and Yeztugo (every 6 months), with site-specific STI testing, exposures, and partner history, all on-device. LOG AND PLAN • Encounters with partners, protection, mood, setting, and location. Locations are saved at city level rather than as a precise pin. • Partner profiles, a planner with calendar integration, and a pipeline for the people you intend to see again • Share a profile from more than 20 dating and social apps straight into XtrkR • Import contacts to create partners fast • Log anonymously, or with whatever label you would use in your head. Nothing has to be a real name. PRIVACY, IN PRACTICE • Your records stay on your iPhone. There is no XtrkR server, and I do not have technical access to what you store. • "Data Not Collected" across every App Store privacy category. No third-party SDKs, no analytics, no ads. • Face ID or PIN on every open, and the app covers itself when you switch away • A discreet icon and camouflaged notifications by default, so nothing on a lock screen names anyone • Optional $2.99 icon collections if you want the app to look like yours • Optional iCloud backup, AES-256 encrypted with a password only you hold • Auto-delete older records on a schedule you set. One button deletes everything. PREMIUM: THE ANALYTICS ON TOP Thirty days of everything free, no card. Then, only if you want it: • Core, $199.99 one time. Every premium feature, yours forever. It exists because I hate subscriptions too. • XtrkR+, $49.99 a year. Every premium feature plus Wrapped, your year in review, included each year. Auto-renews; cancel anytime in iOS Settings. Premium adds adherence analytics, the full insight library, the wellness score, the encounter map, photos and videos on entries, encrypted iCloud backup, and advanced stats. Pricing, explained honestly: https://xtrkrapp.com/pricing-ethics Built by one person, for the community I'm part of. It informs; it does not prescribe. Your provider always comes first. You are not overreacting. You are not too sensitive. Your nervous system just feels things more intensely than most. Felt is built for adults with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria — the intense emotional pain triggered by perceived criticism, rejection, or failure that is common in ADHD and autism. If you have ever been blindsided by overwhelming emotional pain from a comment, a silence, or a look — and spent hours recovering — this app was built for you. NOT A DIAGNOSTIC TOOL Felt uses self-reflection tools and AI-powered pattern analysis to help you understand your RSD experience. It is not a clinical assessment and does not replace evaluation by a qualified mental health professional. WHAT IS RSD? Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria causes sudden, overwhelming emotional pain from perceived or actual rejection, criticism, teasing, or failure. It is widely recognized in the ADHD and autism clinical community and affects millions of adults who have never had a name for why they feel things so intensely. RSD SCREENER Ten reflection questions based on the clinical work of Dr. William Dodson and CHADD. One free AI interpretation helps you understand what your responses suggest about your experience. EPISODE LOGGER When an episode hits, log it quickly. Trigger type, intensity, physical symptoms, duration, and recovery notes. Building a record is the first step to understanding your patterns. IN-THE-MOMENT TOOLKIT — ALWAYS FREE When an episode is happening right now: - Immediate validation: "You are not overreacting. This is RSD." - Guided breathing and grounding exercises - Affirmation cycle: "This feeling has a name. It will pass." - Episode peak timer — most RSD episodes peak within 3 minutes - Crisis resources including 988 and Crisis Text Line — always free, never paywalled PATTERN DASHBOARD (Pro) Visual analytics across your logged episodes. Most common triggers, intensity over time, time-of-day patterns, recovery trends, weekly frequency chart. See your RSD clearly instead of just living inside it. AI WEEKLY INSIGHTS (Pro) Claude AI reviews your last 7 days and surfaces patterns in warm plain language — which environments trigger your most intense episodes, what your recovery trend looks like, and personalized coping suggestions based on your actual data. COPING STRATEGY LIBRARY (Pro) Evidence-based strategies by category: in-the-moment, prevention, communication, workplace, relationships, self-compassion. AI personalizes recommendations based on your trigger patterns. Save what works. COMMUNICATION SCRIPTS (Pro) Pre-written scripts for the hardest RSD conversations. Explaining RSD to a partner. Asking for feedback safely. Responding to criticism at work. Claude AI generates custom scripts for your specific situation. TRUSTED PERSON MODE (Pro) Share a read-only summary of your patterns with someone you trust — on your terms, only what you choose. Help the people who care about you understand without having to explain in the moment. INSIGHTS JOURNAL (Pro) Daily RSD-specific reflection prompts, free text journaling, weekly AI theme analysis, and PDF export for your therapist. YOUR DATA Stored securely via Firebase. Optional cloud sync. No ads. No data selling. Ever. Felt is built with genuine understanding of what RSD feels like from the inside. You are not broken. You are not too much. You just need better tools. Not a clinical diagnosis. For self-reflection only. If you are in crisis please contact 988 or a qualified professional.
