Setlist Lab vs GigReady Setlist Planner

Building a setlist shouldn't be harder than playing the show. Setlist Lab is the setlist tool working musicians have been waiting for — built for the bar band, the solo acoustic act, the touring group, and everyone in between. Whether you're playing a 30-minute opener or a three-set night, Setlist Lab takes the guesswork out of building your set so you can focus on what actually matters: the performance. Stop asking yourself the same questions every gig. What songs do I know? Does this flow right? Did I already use that one? Setlist Lab answers all of it. Your entire catalog lives in the app, organized exactly how you think about it — by energy, by tags, by kind. The visual energy arc shows you at a glance whether your set builds, peaks, or flatlines. No more showing up to soundcheck with a napkin setlist. Let us build it for you. Not sure where to start? Tell Setlist Lab how long your show is, how many sets, what energy arc you want, and what mix of originals and covers — and we connect to Claude to build your setlist in seconds. You get a complete, thoughtful setlist that fits your show. Fine-tune it from there, or just play it. Or build it yourself, the smart way. Prefer to do it manually? Drag songs into your sets, watch the energy arc update in real time, add breaks, and adjust until it feels right. Every decision is informed — you always know what you're working with. Built for the stage. Stage View puts your setlist in large, readable text optimized for low light. Key signatures, energy levels, and stage notes are all right there when you need them. No squinting, no scrolling through a notes app. Your whole catalog, always ready. Add songs one at a time or import your whole catalog at once — paste a list and let Claude figure out the rest. Store lyrics and chord sheets right alongside each song so your whole show lives in one place. Save every show. Save setlists with show name, date, venue, and set times. Export as text, CSV, or PDF. Build a song book with your full lyrics and chord charts to share with your band. Setlist Lab is $3.99/month after a free 7-day trial. No ads. No upsells. Just a tool that works. GigReady helps cover musicians and bandleaders answer the question that matters before showtime: what should I practice, and what notes do I need on stage? Create your repertoire, add upcoming gigs, build setlists, and mark each song as ready, almost ready, or needing work. GigReady ranks your practice queue by upcoming gig, confidence, and practice drift, so your next session has a clear target. Smart Practice turns that ranking into a focused 10, 20, or 40 minute session. Capture the exact transitions, cues, endings, and other risky moments that need attention, rate each attempt, and see your readiness change as you improve. Each song can keep practical performance notes like key, capo, BPM, start cue, arrangement notes, transitions, and reference links. Stage Mode gives you large, dark, swipeable notes for the setlist without turning GigReady into a lyrics app. You can also share links or text from music apps into GigReady, review the song information, and save it to your song list or a gig setlist. GigReady is built for working musicians who need fewer scattered notes and more confidence before Friday night. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
