NVRMND is not another wellness app. It is a return. Seven breathwork protocols, each grounded in respiratory science, designed to help you calm anxiety, sharpen focus, build resilience, find better sleep, or access a burst of energy. Choose by intent or explore the full library. YOUR PRACTICE A real-time breath pacer guides every session with a multi-ring orb animation. Inhale, exhale, hold. All timed to the protocol's pattern, with subtle haptic feedback and transition tones at each phase change. Choose self-paced or guided mode with ambient soundscapes including Warm Drift, Still Current, and Deep Ground. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Completed sessions are automatically written to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. NVRMND also reads your resting heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) from any compatible wearable and displays your recovery metrics on your profile. Your health data never leaves your device. DAILY SIGNAL One reflection per day. Not a notification. A signal. Thirty rotating prompts designed to cut through noise and land you back in your own center. JOURNAL A private, date-anchored journal tied to each day's signal. Write when you need to. Read back when you're ready. SESSION LOG Track every session: breathwork, sauna, cold plunge, stillness. See your streak, total minutes, most practiced protocols, and how you felt after each one. 12 ACHIEVEMENTS From First Breath to Protocol Master. Earned through consistency, not gamification. Copper-lit milestones that reflect real practice. BUILT FOR STILLNESS Dark interface. No ads. No social feeds. No wellness jargon. Just protocols, presence, and the way back to yourself. NVRMND is a pre-launch companion for an immersive wellness facility opening in Carlsbad, California in 2027.

About

Auditend

Features

Auditend helps people in recovery create verifiable attendance records for in-person meetings, for court, probation, treatment, DUI/DWI programs, sponsors, or personal accountability. When you arrive at a meeting, open Auditend and check in. The app records an approximate area (about a city block) and a short selfie, and saves the check-in with a timestamp. It does not track your precise location or measure your distance to the venue. The exact coordinate is discarded, and only the approximate area is kept. When you need documentation, generate a PDF report for the dates you choose. Each report carries a verification code, so the recipient can independently confirm the report is authentic and unaltered. You share a report only by authorizing a specific recipient and purpose, and nothing is shared automatically. Built for privacy Recovery documentation shouldn't feel like surveillance. Auditend collects only what's needed to document attendance: an approximate area, a selfie, and a timestamp. It does not create a faceprint or perform facial recognition. You stay in control of what you share, and you can export your data or delete your account at any time. Features: • Approximate-location check-ins (no precise tracking, no geofence) • Selfie captured at check-in • Timestamped, tamper-evident attendance records • PDF reports with an independent verification code • Participant-authorized sharing, where you name the recipient and purpose • Meeting search for in-person meetings • Goal tracking • Data export and account deletion Availability Auditend is currently available to California residents. Support for additional states may come in future releases. Participating programs may provide access codes during launch. Auditend is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, SMART Recovery, Recovery Dharma, any court, probation department, treatment provider, or recovery organization. Whether a report is accepted is always decided by the person, agency, court, or program requesting it. Questions: support@auditend.com. Terms: auditend.com/terms. Privacy: auditend.com/privacy
