MindTrack is a private, lifestyle-oriented mood journal designed to help you capture how you feel, reflect on daily experiences, and understand emotional rhythms over time. KEY FEATURES • Fast & Fluid Capture: Record a mood in seconds with a continuous mood scale, emotion tags, text notes, photos, and optional voice memos. • Apple Health (optional): With your permission, MindTrack reads selected sleep, steps, heart rate, HRV, and activity data from Apple Health using HealthKit to generate personal mood insights. Access is read-only, processed on device, and never required to record a mood. • Apple Watch Companion: Log feelings from your wrist with Digital Crown precision and standalone offline support. No account, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking is required. • Optional Cloud Continuity: Sync and back up mood records and media across devices using your private iCloud. HealthKit metrics remain on this device. MINDTRACK PRO Core local journaling, data export, and privacy controls are completely free.
