MindTrack is a private, lifestyle-oriented mood journal designed to help you capture how you feel, reflect on daily experiences, and understand emotional rhythms over time. KEY FEATURES • Fast & Fluid Capture: Record a mood in seconds with a continuous mood scale, emotion tags, text notes, photos, and optional voice memos. • Apple Health (optional): With your permission, MindTrack reads selected sleep, steps, heart rate, HRV, and activity data from Apple Health using HealthKit to generate personal mood insights. Access is read-only, processed on device, and never required to record a mood. • Apple Watch Companion: Log feelings from your wrist with Digital Crown precision and standalone offline support. The Watch app reads only the most recent authorized heart-rate sample when enriching a mood record; it does not start a workout session or write Health data. • Trends & Insights: Explore daily, weekly, and monthly emotional patterns, with supporting context from Apple Health when available. • Privacy-First Design: Your records stay on your device by default, protected with Face ID and passcode lock. No account, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking is required. • Optional Cloud Continuity: Sync and back up mood records and media across devices using your private iCloud.
