This app started as something I built for my girlfriend. We'd tried plenty of expense and bill-splitting apps. They were either so fiddly we gave up after two days, or plastered with ads. What we wanted was simple: quick to use, easy on the eyes, no ads getting in the way. Most of all, we wanted to see at a glance where the money went this month and who paid more (honestly, it's saved us a few arguments). We spent a year on it, tweaking it every day — me building, her giving me grief — fixing anything that felt off until it finally felt right. If you're looking for a way to track shared money that isn't complicated, doesn't start fights, and that both of you actually want to open every day, I hope this helps. [Core features] â€ĸ One shared ledger for two — log an expense and your partner sees it right away â€ĸ Flexible splits: equal, custom ratio, "I paid for us", or private â€ĸ 20+ currencies with automatic exchange rates â€ĸ Separate projects, so travel and daily life don't get mixed up [AI logging] â€ĸ Voice: say it out loud and it's logged â€ĸ Snap a receipt and it reads the amount and items â€ĸ Describe several expenses in one sentence and it splits them for you â€ĸ Voice and receipt scan share a monthly AI quota [Cat companions] â€ĸ 12 cat characters — pick one as your avatar â€ĸ Each cat has its own character card and story; log more to unlock more â€ĸ You and your partner each get a cat; at settlement they face off, so you see who owes whom [Stats] â€ĸ Monthly spending charts to see where it's going â€ĸ A category pie chart for a quick breakdown â€ĸ Side-by-side contribution, so you both see who paid more â€ĸ Export to CSV anytime [Easy settlement] â€ĸ Works out who owes whom, and how much â€ĸ Settle in one tap, with a clear repayment history â€ĸ The settlement card shows who owes whom at a glance — no manual reconciling [Languages] įšéĢ”中文, įŽ€äŊ“中文, English, æ—ĨæœŦčĒž [Subscriptions] Free: 1 project ¡ 3 AI uses/month ¡ 1 month of stats Plus: 10 projects ¡ 100 AI uses/month ¡ 6 months of stats ¡ auto exchange rates ¡ CSV export Pro: 200 projects ¡ 200 AI uses/month ¡ full stats history ¡ everything unlocked [Subscription terms] â€ĸ Plus: [local price] / month, or [local price] / year â€ĸ Pro: [local price] / month, or [local price] / year â€ĸ The subscription runs for 1 month or 1 year, depending on the plan you choose. â€ĸ Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. â€ĸ Subscriptions renew automatically. They renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends. â€ĸ You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. â€ĸ One subscribes, two use: once the ledger owner subscribes, the other member of the ledger is unlocked too — no need to pay twice. Split Bill

Split a bill between friends in seconds — and know exactly who owes who. Most bill splitters stop at "divide by four." Split Bill keeps a running tally for the whole trip, the whole house or the whole night out, then untangles every debt into the smallest possible set of payments. Instead of six people paying each other back in circles, you get two transfers and everybody is even. WHAT YOU GET - Log an expense, mark who paid, and watch every balance update instantly - Split equally, by shares, by exact amounts or by percent — the cents always add up to the total - One Settle Up screen showing the fewest payments that clear every debt in the group - Separate groups for the trip, the flat and the dinner, each with its own people and history - A full expense history tagged by food, drinks, groceries, transport, stay, activities and shopping, plus an optional weekly settle-up reminder - A tidy who-owes-who summary you can send straight into the group chat PERFECT FOR - Friends on a trip where different people keep covering different things - Housemates sharing groceries, utilities and household costs month after month - Big dinners and nights out where one card pays the whole tab - Group gifts, weddings and events funded from a shared pot WHY NOT JUST USE A SPREADSHEET? Because a spreadsheet never tells you who should pay whom. You still have to work out the transfers yourself, chase the rounding cents, and re-share the file every time someone buys a round of coffee. Split Bill recalculates every balance the moment an expense lands and hands you the answer as a short list of payments — not a grid of numbers. Tick each payment off as it happens and the list shrinks until the group is clear. PRIVACY Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no ads, no tracking and nothing uploaded anywhere. The app works with no internet connection at all. FULL ACCESS Split Bill is a premium app. Full access unlocks unlimited groups, the shares, exact-amount and percent split methods, and the complete minimal-transfers settle-up. It is available as a weekly plan, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple ID settings; the lifetime option is a single payment that never renews. Create your group, log tonight's dinner, and let Split Bill do the math before anyone reaches for a calculator.
