Fine all day. Not fine with her. You hold it together everywhere else, then the smallest thing at home sets you off. Your body fires in an argument the same way it fires for real danger, and nobody ever showed you how to bring it back down. The short fuse. The silence afterwards. The intimacy that stopped, and neither of you has said a word about it. Your body has a brake pedal. Mantl shows you where it is. Designed to help men stop reacting in ways they regret. BUILT FOR THE MOMENT Not ten minutes of meditation every morning. The moment itself. • About to snap. Calm down before you say something you regret. • Going on a date. Settle your nerves before you get there. • Don't send the text. Wait until you can think clearly. • After a fight. Bring your body back down. • After a breakup. Get through tonight and get some sleep. • Being ghosted. Stop checking your phone. • Can't switch off. Slow down enough to sleep. • Before the pitch. Steady your hands and your voice. Pick the moment. Mantl gives you the tool for that exact moment, then what to do next. THE TOOLS Guided tools with voice and pacing, so you are told what to do instead of guessing. A long sigh out. A low hum. Clench hard, then let go. Shake out your arms. Eye movements, side to side. BURN IT Write the message you will never send, to anyone. Say every word, then hold to burn the thread. Nothing is sent. Nothing is saved. NS RADIO Sound designed to settle your system, in stations like Chilled, Deep, Pick Me Up and Guide Me To Sleep. Tracks built using techniques backed by neuroscience: custom frequencies, ambient sound, carefully shaped rhythms. It keeps playing with your phone locked, and there is a sleep timer for the night. Everything is unlocked. Free right now, no account, no sign-up. WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES She stopped telling you things. That's the part that should worry you. Steady isn't the goal. It's the ground everything else stands on. The relationship. The discipline. The confidence to lead. Those get easier when your body isn't stuck in survival mode. She'll notice before you tell her. WHEN YOU WANT MORE THAN THE FIX Straight talk on the rest of it. Dating, Decoded. After Her. The Steady Man. Money Nerves. Short parts, plain words, written like a brother who's been there, not a therapist. Underneath all of it sits Groundwork. Twelve moments in the Mirror show you the pattern you have been standing inside, then thirty lessons, one rep each, built around what it finds. DOES IT WORK FOR YOU One question after every exercise: did that shift anything? Mantl tracks which tools work for you and leads with those. No streaks. No guilt. Just evidence. Sleep easier. Think straight. Be the same man at home as you are everywhere else. Steady men can build steady homes. Start with the body. Reset turns a few quiet minutes of slow breathing into a practice you can feel. Pick a protocol, press Begin, and follow along — the app does the counting. THREE WAYS TO BREATHE • Resonance — slow, even breathing near six breaths a minute. The daily practice. • Box — inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Steadiness on demand. • Sigh — two inhales, one long exhale. A quick reset when you're keyed up. GUIDED BY EVERY SENSE A living orb swells and empties with your breath. Haptic waves let you close your eyes and follow by touch — a crisp tap to breathe in, a long fade to breathe out. With headphones, binaural beats carry the same rhythm. MAKE IT YOURS Every phase has its own slider — inhale, exhale, holds. Balanced presets from 4.5 to 6.0 breaths a minute, timed sessions of 2, 5, or 10 minutes, and a first-launch tour that shows you around. SEE YOUR HEART RESPOND (OPTIONAL) Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap — Polar, or WHOOP with Broadcast Heart Rate — for live HRV biofeedback: heart rate, rMSSD, and a coherence gauge that climbs as you settle into rhythm. Capture 30-second before-and-after baselines and see each session's summary and trend. No sensor? Everything still works; the metrics simply stay blank. Reset never invents data. YOURS, PRIVATELY No ads, no tracking, no account required. Sessions stay on your device unless you choose to sign in with Apple, Google, or email and sync with the companion web app. Export your history as CSV or JSON anytime, and delete your account — and every synced session — from inside the app. Reset supports relaxation and general wellness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
