Tensly

Understand your physiological stress and recovery patterns with signals from Apple Watch. Tensly uses heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, activity, and workout context to learn your normal patterns and show how your current signals compare. Instead of asking you to log every mood, Tensly works quietly with the HealthKit data already available on your devices. PERSONAL TO YOU Tensly builds an adaptive baseline from available HealthKit history and continues learning as new readings arrive. Because wearable data can be intermittent, Tensly only estimates a current state when it has enough recent evidence. When it does not, it clearly shows Monitoring rather than presenting uncertain results. AT A GLANCE • See your current wellness state as Good, Busy, Stressed, or Overwhelmed • Understand whether your signals are within or above your personal range • View relevant heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity context • Follow your state history without complicated charts • Receive optional, gentle reminders when a pause may help GUIDED BREATHING Use a calm visual breathing guide that adapts its pacing to your current context. When a fresh physiological signal is available, Tensly can recognize an improving response. Otherwise, the session completes without claiming recovery and monitoring continues in the background. DESIGNED FOR PRIVACY Your physiological information is processed locally using Apple HealthKit and stored on your device. No account is required, and Tensly does not transmit your HealthKit readings to its own server. REQUIREMENTS Requires an iPhone with iOS 26 or later and an Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later. Apple Watch must be worn regularly and Health access must be enabled for useful readings. The frequency of HRV readings is controlled by Apple Watch and may vary. Tensly is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
