Someone glances at your phone and sees a storm front rolling in. To them it's the weather. To you it's the week before your period. Forecast is a period and cycle tracker built inside a real weather app. The sky shows where you are in your cycle. Rain is your period. Clearing skies are the follicular days. A bright sky is ovulation. It clouds over through the luteal phase, and a storm builds in the days before your period. There's a seven-day outlook and a month calendar underneath, like any weather app. Tap once and the real dates are there. Most apps name a single exact day your period will arrive. Then it doesn't come, and you lose three days sure that something is wrong. Forecast anchors ovulation to about 13 days before your next period, then hands you a window and marks it "estimated" until your own logs tighten it. It learns from your last three cycles, and the more you log, the smaller the window gets. When a forecast lands inside its window, the app tells you, so you watch it get things right before you trust it. Log your morning temperature and Forecast confirms ovulation from the rise in your readings, after it happens, the way the symptothermal method works. Your data never leaves your phone. No account, no sign-in, no cloud, no trackers. Because it looks like weather, you can open it on the train or hand it to a friend and nothing shows. The sky is drawn live. Clouds drift, the light moves across the day, rain falls, stars come out. Forecast is not a contraceptive or a medical device.

Midlife changes rarely arrive one at a time. Sleep shifts, focus blurs, moods move, and symptoms come and go—making it difficult to see what’s changing and what may be worth bringing up in care. StrongHER Years helps you make sense of it. Instead of another symptom journal, it builds your health story over time: what you’ve noticed, how often it appeared, what was happening alongside it, and what could make the picture clearer. START WITH A STORY Begin with six short stories about this time of life—not a long symptom checklist. If a story sounds familiar, it can help you decide what you may want to track. You review your choices and agree before anything joins your health story. YOUR STORY, NOT A SCORE Use quick daily check-ins written in plain language. There’s no guilt when life gets busy and no penalty for missing a day. Pattern views show how much information they’re based on and never stretch beyond what you recorded. Building pictures, not conclusions. WALK INTO APPOINTMENTS PREPARED Turn weeks of real life into a clear, clinician-ready summary: what you noticed, when you began tracking it, what you’re taking or trying, and the questions you chose to ask. ON A GLP-1 IN MIDLIFE? Record injections and dose changes alongside the symptoms you experience. Each injection remains distinct, helping you see your entries together without implying that one caused the other. TRACK HRT AND OTHER CHANGES Record HRT applications and changes, medications, supplements, and things you’re trying. See these dated events alongside your check-ins to create a more complete history. EVIDENCE YOU CAN CHECK Explore clinically reviewed, evidence-informed articles connected to what you track. Sources include peer-reviewed research and recognized medical authorities such as The Menopause Society, NICE, and ACOG. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you across apps. Delete individual entries or request deletion of your account and associated data directly in the app, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Free to use. No subscriptions, advertisements, or payment collection. StrongHER Years is a wellness and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or medical monitoring, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.
