Sometimes, the hardest part isn't the migraine itself. It's feeling "off" but not knowing why. Was it lack of sleep, stress, or familiar habits pulling you back into an attack cycle? Migraine Attack Diary — Your personal tracking and doctor-visit companion. It helps you quickly log crucial clues during an attack and fill in details later. Transform scattered attacks, logs, meds, and lifestyle factors into clear insights: discover your rhythm, understand patterns, spot triggers, and use custom reminders to keep your days stable. This isn't an app just to "log stuff." It's a tool to reflect, understand yourself, and stay prepared. [Log the Essentials First] When a migraine hits, focus is scarce. Logging should be fast. • Start logging with 1-2 taps. • Record intensity, location, symptoms, and meds quickly—add details later. • Supports logging past attacks, multiple daily attacks, or multi-day episodes. • Complete entries calmly after the attack; no pressure to do it all at once. [More Than Just "It Hurts"] Review how an attack started, changed, and ended. • Log pain intensity, location, symptoms, auras, triggers, relief methods, and meds. • Intuitive front-and-back body views for pain location. • Track medication usage and effectiveness for doctor visits. • Turn a single attack into a comprehensive, start-to-finish record. [Understand Yourself, Day by Day] Migraine factors often hide in your lifestyle days before and after an attack. • Track sleep, hydration, caffeine, stress, emotions, and menstrual cycles. • One-tap to mark "No Headache Today." • View attacks, journals, and meds in a unified calendar. • Spot which habits and rhythms demand your attention. [Turn Scattered Feelings into Clear Patterns] Stop relying on memory. • Check headache days, frequency, intensity, and common symptoms. • Review medication frequency and lifestyle trends. • Organize trigger clues to notice bodily changes earlier. • Know what's happening instead of asking "Why is this happening again?" [One-Tap PDF Report for Your Doctor] Walk into your appointment prepared. • Generate a structured 1–2 page PDF report with one tap. • Choose from 4-week, 8-week, 12-week, or custom date ranges. • Summarizes headache frequency, intensity, symptoms, medication use, and more. • Share via email, messaging, AirDrop, or print directly. [Custom Reminders to Stay Prepared] Stay proactive and prepared. • Set flexible, personalized daily reminders. • Get gentle nudges to log, hydrate, or rest. • Stay proactive instead of reacting in a panic when a headache strikes. • Reminders that fit your natural rhythm. [Avoid Your Common Triggers] Untangle the clues of your lifestyle. • Discover factors frequently appearing around attacks. • Identify days likely to build into severe episodes. • Respect your body's boundaries earlier. • Turn "This might be related" into "I know what to watch out for." [Your Data Stays in Your Hands] Your health records remain in your control. • No registration required; local-first storage. • Fully supports offline use. • Connect to Apple Health (optional). • iCloud Sync to keep records updated across Apple devices. • Clean & Private: No ads, no behavioral tracking SDKs. If you want to understand yourself, avoid repeating mistakes, and face every day prepared—Migraine Attack Diary is for you. Disclaimer: Designed as a tracking and doctor-visit aid. About

Migraine Note

Features

Migraine Note is a quiet, focused headache journal for keeping the details you may want to discuss at your next appointment. RECORD AND REVIEW • Make a quick record from Today by choosing a pain level, with an optional medication log, then add details to that same record. • Log pain level, location, type, symptoms, medication, triggers, impact, and a free-text memo. • Record multiple headaches and medication entries in one day. • Search your complete history and narrow it by period, pain level, medication log, memo, symptoms, location, or noted factors. • Review and edit past headache or medication entries. • Resume or discard a protected on-device draft after an interruption. Drafts are excluded from backup and are not placed in iCloud. • Delete an individual headache after reviewing its linked medication count; the app creates a recovery snapshot before the atomic deletion. • See every recorded day in a calendar and review recent patterns in Insights. Saved pressure context appears as individual recorded points, not a continuous measurement or a claim that pressure caused a headache. • Save weather and barometric pressure with a record when location access is allowed. • Optionally schedule a real daily local reminder at your chosen time. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA • Create a complete backup containing headache records, medication entries, your medicine list, consultation notes, and saved weather snapshots. • Preview a backup before restoring it. • Restore by safely adding missing data. Existing items and current app settings are not overwritten; different versions are kept as separate copies. Duplicate headache identifiers are made unique after a safety snapshot, and ambiguous medication links are preserved as standalone medication entries instead of being guessed. • Recovery copies are created before supported destructive deletions. • The app removes its private temporary share file when the backup hand-off screen closes. Copies you save or share remain under your control. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) • A visual pressure outlook for today, tomorrow, and the following day, with weather symbols and easy-to-scan change levels. • Doctor-ready PDF reports for 30, 90, or 180 days, including continuation pages when a consultation note is long. • CSV export with standalone medication rows preserved. • Pressure Change Alerts for notable forecast changes. • Past-date weather backfill and weather/pressure summaries. • iCloud sync across supported Apple devices. • App Lock using device-owner authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode when available). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Where the App Store offers it to an eligible new subscriber, the yearly plan includes a seven-day free trial; the paywall shows that wording only when StoreKit returns that exact offer. Manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. TERMS AND PRIVACY Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://pomeranianstudio.com/privacy PRIVACY Migraine Note has no account system, advertising, analytics, or developer-run data server. Records are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud database. If location permission and weather capture are enabled, the location is processed by Apple WeatherKit to obtain weather; the developer does not receive the location or forecast data. Backup files leave the app only when you choose where to save or share them. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE Migraine Note is a journal and report-organisation app. It does not diagnose, predict, treat, or recommend treatment for any condition. The three-day pressure outlook and Pressure Change Alerts show weather information; they do not predict whether a headache will occur. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.
