Queasy, and still short on protein? Rate how you feel, and your protein card shows gentle foods that close the gap, with the advice behind them, cited. Ingryd is a companion for people taking a GLP-1 medication, especially in the first months, when appetite, shot day, and side effects are all new. GENTLE FOODS ON A ROUGH DAY Rate nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, and your protein card shows one sentence from the 2025 joint advisory on nutrition with GLP-1 therapy: "Small, frequent meals may be effective when hunger and food interest are low; smoothies, protein drinks, cottage cheese, and soups are often more appealing than heavier foods." Right under it, Gentle foods picks lists soups, yogurt, cottage cheese and breakfast drinks, ranked by protein per serving, with lower-fat choices only. Pick one and today's protein updates. EASY PROTEIN, RIGHT NOW Home shows today's logged protein against a clinician target. Short? Easy protein picks lists foods that close the gap, ranked by protein per calorie, never by brand. A midday protein check can remind you when today is running low. Log food by search, barcode or Nutrition Facts label, or describe a whole meal by typing or speaking it. GUIDANCE YOU CAN TRACE Rate how you feel. Guidance for each symptom cites the 2025 joint advisory, peer-reviewed consensus, or your medication's FDA label. History shows where each day falls after your last shot. Where no source speaks to a symptom, Ingryd says so instead of guessing. SHOT DAY, ON ONE LIST Add your medication and schedule once. Home shows when your next shot is due, and on shot day a checklist sits on Home and your Lock Screen. YOUR TREND AND YOUR STRENGTH Progress shows a smoothed weight trend and a weekly rate toward your goal, and your Apple Health workouts as strength and other activity. READY FOR YOUR NEXT VISIT Make a visit summary PDF on your phone: your dose plan, shots, symptoms by day, protein, fiber and water, and your weight change. Share it only if you choose. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND WITH SIRI Widgets show today and your next dose. Add a glass of water from a widget or Control Center, ask Siri how much protein you've had today, or say "Show Gentle foods picks in Ingryd". On Apple Watch: today's protein and water on your watch face, and a glass added with one tap. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. What you log stays on your iPhone and is never sent to Grydstone. There's no Ingryd server and no analytics, and Ingryd tracks and sells nothing. When you type or say a meal, it's read on your iPhone, or by Apple's Private Cloud Compute when your iPhone can't, under Apple's terms. Apple Health data is read on your device and never sent to us. BUILT ON PUBLISHED SCIENCE Food data comes from USDA FoodData Central, bundled into the app. Full source citations are in the app and at ingryd.health/sources.html. Works with Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Trulicity®, and Foundayo®. These are trademarks of their respective owners. Ingryd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the makers of any medication. IMPORTANT Ingryd provides information only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Your protein target is a clinician target, not a personal prescription. Always consult your healthcare provider before making dietary changes, especially while taking GLP-1 or other medications.
