Your camera is your coach. Film a set and FORMA scores your form rep by rep — depth, bar path, knee tracking, tempo — with 47 movements supported. It all runs on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, and it works with no signal. Point it at a meal instead and you get calories, macros and a score out of 10, graded against the goal you actually set. WHAT YOU GET FREE • AI Form Check on 47 lifts, on-device • A 3D muscle map — tap any muscle to see how to train it • 106 exercise guides with technique, common mistakes and demos • Lock In: a plan built around your days, equipment and experience • Stride: GPS run and walk tracking with shareable route cards • Life-Load: a daily readiness score from your sleep, stress and schedule • Recovery map showing which muscles are ready today • 13 calculators — one-rep max, TDEE, macros, body fat and more • Food Scan, three photos a day • Workout logging with plate maths and next-weight suggestions NEW: TRAIN WITH PEOPLE Message the people you train with. Text, photos, voice notes and calls that ring like a phone call. Post to a feed only your friends can see. A run carries its distance and pace. A meal carries the macros FORMA scanned. Watch short clips of your friends' lifts in Reels. There is no public feed, no follower count and no way for a stranger to reach you. Someone has to be connected to you first. Report and block sit on every message, post and comment. NEW: WATER THAT KNOWS YOUR DAY Your target is not a flat two litres. It comes from your bodyweight and then moves with what you actually did — a logged session and a run both raise it. Reminders stop the moment you hit the goal. PREMIUM Everything above is free. Premium removes ads and raises Food Scan from 3 to 50 photos a day. £3.99 a month with a week free, or a one-time lifetime purchase. No feature is locked behind it. Fourteen languages.
