About

Bill Docket

Some people are naturally on top of their bills. You know who you are — and you know that's not you. Bill Docket is for the rest of us. If you've ever paid late because something slipped your mind, been charged a fee a reminder could have prevented, or scrambled to figure out what's been paid and what hasn't — this app was made for you. WHAT BILL DOCKET DOES Bill Docket is a manual bill tracker built around one idea: see everything before it becomes a problem. You log your bills. You log your payments. The app keeps it organized and reminds you before things go wrong. No bank syncing. No automatic imports. No algorithm guessing at your finances. Every entry is intentional — because intention is the whole point. TRACK EVERY BILLER Add every recurring expense: rent, utilities, subscriptions, insurance, loans, credit cards, medical, property taxes. Set the due date, amount, and frequency once. Fixed amounts stay fixed. Variable bills show an estimate until you log what you actually paid. LOG PAYMENTS, NOT ASSUMPTIONS When you pay, mark it paid. Enter the amount, payment method, and confirmation number. Every payment is stored permanently — so you always know what was paid, when, and for how much. GET REMINDED BEFORE IT'S LATE Set reminders 7 days, 3 days, 1 day, or the day a bill is due. An overdue alert fires the next morning if something goes unpaid. Set global defaults once, or customize notifications per biller. UNDERSTAND WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES Monthly reports show everything paid broken down by category. Annual reports show the full year by month. The Trends view tracks how each biller's amount has changed over time — useful when a recurring bill quietly keeps creeping up. Export PDF reports or CSV data whenever you need a record. PLAN AHEAD WITH FORECAST See what's due over the next 30, 60, 90, or 365 days based on each biller's frequency and recent amounts. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE • Biller profiles with contact info, website, phone, and account number • Multiple households for a rental, second home, or family member (Multiple Household in-app purchase) • Custom categories • Auto-pay flagging so automatic drafts don't show as overdue • Archived billers for closed accounts • App lock via Face ID or Passcode • CSV import to migrate from a spreadsheet and CSV export • Camera scanner to capture text directly from a bill or screen • Trends analysis, PDF Reports export, and bill attachments — attach photos or PDFs to any entry (Pro in-app purchase) THE APP THAT EXPECTS ONE THING Bill Docket won't connect to your bank or pull in transactions automatically. It asks one thing: when a bill arrives or a payment is made, log it. It works because you work it.

Bill Manager keeps every bill and subscription in one calm place, so you always know what's due, what's paid, and what you can actually save. Add a bill once — name, amount, due date, how often it repeats — and the app tracks it from there. Type a name like "Netflix" or "Verizon" and the official payment link fills in for you. When a bill is due, one tap opens that biller's own website so you can pay them directly. SEE WHERE YOU STAND • What's still due this month, at a glance • Anything overdue, called out clearly • What you've already paid, month by month • Every subscription with its real monthly cost added up KNOW WHAT YOU CAN SAVE • Add your paycheck and anything else that comes in • Weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, or monthly — including the 1st-and-15th schedule most apps get wrong • The app subtracts your bills from your income and shows what's left to put away • If your bills come to more than you earn, it tells you plainly instead of hiding it PAY ON THE BILLER'S OWN SITE Around 70 well-known billers come pre-filled with their official web addresses, and you can add any link yourself. Bill Manager never processes payments, never asks for card or bank details, and never touches your money. It simply takes you to the right page. QUIET REMINDERS Turn on reminders and get a notification a few days before a bill is due, and again on the day. They're scheduled on your device — nothing is sent anywhere. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-up, no login • No ads, no analytics, no tracking • Your bills stay on your device • Optional sync runs through a private bridge you own and control, not the developer's server WORKS THE WAY YOU DO Designed for iPhone and iPad, with a calm, readable layout that stays out of your way.
