Shadow a native speaker — not after them, at the same time. Language Mirror is a shadowing app for Korean and English learners. You import real audio, clip the phrases that matter, and speak simultaneously with the recording until your pronunciation stops being a translation and starts being a reflex. This is not listen-then-repeat. This is simultaneous shadowing — the method used by interpreters, polyglots, and serious language learners to internalize rhythm, intonation, and natural cadence. Language Mirror is built around it. HOW IT WORKS 1. Import audio from files, video, recordings, or the Share Sheet. 2. Create clips — select the exact phrases you want to shadow. 3. Shadow and speak — loop each clip and speak along at the same time as the native speaker. 4. Use Progression mode to automatically ramp from slow to natural speed across repeats — progressive overload, applied to your ear and your mouth. 5. Track your progress — play counts and position are saved per clip so you pick up where you left off. PROGRESSION MODE Start slow. End natural. Progression mode automatically ramps playback speed across repeats so you can shadow comfortably at first, then gradually match a native speaker's real pace. This is the arc: slow shadowing → comfortable shadowing → full-speed shadowing → fluency. BUILT FOR FOCUS - Clean, calm interface with minimal distractions - No feed, no streaks, no social pressure - Transcript alignment shows timed text as you shadow - Favorites and quick-resume from the Practice tab FOR KOREAN & ENGLISH LEARNERS Whether you're an English speaker drilling Korean drama clips or a Korean speaker shadowing English podcasts — Language Mirror is built for you. Bring your own material: K-drama clips, podcast segments, lecture recordings, song verses — anything with audio becomes a shadowing exercise. Works with any language. Korean and English are where we start. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Fully offline after import - No account required - No data collection - Everything stays on your device

About

MOSAICO METHOD

Features

Mosaico Method App **Mosaico Method** is a modern educational app designed to complement printed Mosaico Method textbooks for children aged 7 to 12 learning English. It combines traditional book-based learning with the capabilities of mobile devices, allowing children to revisit material whenever they want—at home, on the way to school, in the car, or on vacation. By scanning a **QR code** from the textbook, students gain access to audio materials and four language games that review the exact vocabulary covered in class. The app extends language exposure outside the classroom, developing listening comprehension and building speaking confidence within a friendly, play-based environment. ### Audio & Listening The audio recordings provide exposure to the authentic sound of the language. Children can listen to full chapters at their own pace, with the ability to pause, resume, or even adjust the playback speed. Regular listening supports: * Listening comprehension * Memorization of new words and phrases * Development of correct pronunciation and intonation --- ### Interactive Games The second pillar of the app consists of four simple yet engaging language games, 100% based on the textbook vocabulary: * **"Listen and Learn"** – The child looks at an illustration, listens to the names of the elements, and memorizes their sound. * **"Touch and Listen"** – Interactive hotspots are placed on the image; when clicked, the child hears the corresponding word and discovers vocabulary at their own pace. * **"Find in the Picture"** – After hearing a word, the student must point to the matching element on the illustration, linking sound with image and meaning. * **"Drag the Word"** – The child drags labels to the correct places on the image, reinforcing the spelling and meaning of new words. These activities engage sight, hearing, and movement, aligning with the **Mosaico Method** philosophy: learning through action, association, and practical use rather than rote memorization. --- ### Safety and Ease of Use The Mosaico Method app was built with both children and parents in mind. The **intuitive interface** is easy for even younger students to navigate, while adults can quickly check which chapters and games their child is working on. The app is free from non-educational content, providing a **safe environment** for practicing English at home. ### For Schools and Teachers The app serves as a natural extension of classroom work. Students practice vocabulary from the exact same chapters covered in class, giving teachers peace of mind that review sessions are perfectly aligned with the textbook material. If your child is learning with Mosaico Method textbooks, this app will allow them to interact with English much more frequently. With audio recordings and simple games, the textbook vocabulary is always "at hand," encouraging consistent practice and rewarding progress.
