You'll talk your way out of every other app blocker. Discipline Lock reads your Apple Workout. Your apps stay locked until every daily goal is verified. No "Ignore Limit". No settings bypass. Built for the Knower-Doer Gap — adults who've already tried 3+ blockers and disabled them all. — THE PROBLEM You downloaded Opal. Then one sec. Then ScreenZen. Each one worked for a week. Then you found the workaround at 11pm — and you knew you'd find it again. You tried the fitness-gated ones too. Pushscroll let you bank push-ups as currency, so a 60-rep morning paid for a midnight Instagram binge. Fitlock gave you three discrete modes. StepBloc counted the steps to your fridge. Willpower isn't your problem. Loopholes are. — HOW DISCIPLINE LOCK IS DIFFERENT We're not the first fitness-gated app blocker. Pushscroll, Fitlock, PushUp Time, and StepBloc got here first. Here's what only Discipline Lock does: 1. Apple Workout sessions as the only data source. Not step count. Not camera reps. Apple Watch records heart rate, GPS, and motion as a single attested session — the same data Apple's own Fitness app reads. 2. Atomic AND-lock. Every daily goal must complete before any app unlocks. No currency to bank. No "any one goal counts" shortcut. All goals or nothing. 3. Strictness 70%–100% on a continuous slider. Not three discrete modes. Start at 70% on day one. Ramp to 100% as your routine stabilizes. 4. Glassmorphic premium UI. The only design-led product in this category. 5. Weekly emergency override quota. Humane but finite. Use it on a real injury, not a craving. — HOW IT WORKS 1. Set your goals. Run, cycling, strength, yoga, HIIT — anything Apple Workout supports. 2. Choose what to lock. Instagram. TikTok. X. Reddit. YouTube. The apps that own your evenings. 3. Move. Open Apple Workout on your watch or iPhone. Train. 4. Apps unlock — but only if every goal closed. The lock opens when Apple Health confirms, not when you say you're done. — 30 DAYS FROM NOW A workout routine you didn't have to find motivation for. The phone gave you the motivation. 2+ hours a day back from the scroll. Mornings that start before your feed does. Sleep without the 1am thumb-swipe. — DISCIPLINE LOCK VS THE OTHERS vs Opal: Opal can be bypassed by toggling Screen Time access in Settings. Discipline Lock cannot. vs Pushscroll: Pushscroll uses earn-and-spend currency. Discipline Lock is an atomic gate — all goals close or nothing opens. vs Fitlock: Fitlock blends five data sources and three discrete modes. Discipline Lock uses one source done deeply and a continuous slider. vs StepBloc: StepBloc unlocks on any one goal using raw step count. Discipline Lock requires every goal using Apple Workout sessions. — PRICING 7-day free trial for new subscribers on Monthly and Yearly plans. Then: • Yearly $49.99 / year (best value — save 40% vs monthly) • Monthly $6.99 / month Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Cancel anytime in Settings. — PRIVACY Apple Health and Apple Workout data stays on your device. Workout-completion events release the lock locally. No analytics on health endpoints. — ABOUT Discipline Lock is built solo by Zicheng Wang, an indie developer who got tired of disabling his own app blockers. iOS 17+. Apple Watch optional but recommended. Discipline Lock is a workout-verified, atomic-multi-goal iOS app blocker that reads Apple Workout sessions and refuses to unlock until every daily goal is completed. Discipline Lock is for the Knower-Doer Gap — adults who already know what to do and just can't make themselves do it. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

About

Runner Lock

Features

Move first. Scroll later. Runner Lock turns app blocking into a reason to move. At the time you choose, it blocks the distracting apps you selected. Complete your workout or reach your saved destination, check it in Runner Lock, and your apps stay unlocked until the next Daily Lock. Runner Lock requires an active Runner Lock Premium subscription after the 3-day free trial to configure and use Daily Lock, including app blocking, scheduling, workout or destination verification, progress history, and workout Stamps. Subscription options and localized prices are shown in the app before purchase. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose the apps or categories that distract you. 2. Set the days and time for your Daily Lock. 3. Choose Workout or Destination as your unlock rule. 4. Complete your rule and check it in Runner Lock. 5. Use your apps normally until the next Daily Lock. UNLOCK WITH A WORKOUT Runner Lock checks workouts already recorded in Apple Health. A walk, run, bike ride, strength session, or other supported workout can count when it meets the minimum duration you set. Keep using the Apple Watch or workout app you already use. Workouts added manually to Apple Health do not count toward unlocking. UNLOCK AT A DESTINATION Save a place you want to reach, such as your gym, park, or track. When you arrive, tap Check Location. Runner Lock checks your current location once to confirm that you are there. It does not continuously track your route. CREATE AND SHARE WORKOUT STAMPS Turn a recent Apple Health workout into a photo or video Stamp. Add the workout route, distance, duration, and date using Full, Route, or Stats layouts. Choose square or portrait format, and trim videos to a clip of up to 20 seconds with original audio. Route access is optional; workouts without route data can still use the Stats layout. Save the result to Photos or keep photo Stamps in your local gallery. RUNNER LOCK PREMIUM FEATURES — SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED • Block selected apps and categories with Apple’s Screen Time controls • Schedule Daily Lock for the days and time that fit your routine • Verify completed workouts through Apple Health • Set your own minimum workout duration • Unlock by reaching a saved destination • View today’s status and recent progress • Use Emergency unlock when you need your apps for the rest of today • Create photo and video workout Stamps with route and stats overlays BUILT WITH PRIVACY IN MIND Workout, workout-route, Screen Time, and location data are processed on your device. Runner Lock checks your current location only when you ask for destination verification. Workout routes are read from Apple Health only for the Stamp feature and remain on your device. Selected media and generated Stamps are not uploaded by Runner Lock. There are no user accounts, third-party ads, or cross-app tracking. Runner Lock is a habit tool and does not provide medical advice or decide whether exercise is safe for you. On days when you need a break, Emergency unlock keeps your apps available until the next Daily Lock. Screen Time permission is required to block selected apps. Workout verification and workout Stamps require Apple Health permission. Destination verification requires Location Services. Saving Stamps requires Photos permission. Runner Lock Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The trial period, billing period, and localized price are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
