Should I run hard today, easy, or not at all? RunReady answers every morning with a Readiness Score built from your Apple Watch HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and training load. You also get your run for today: type, duration, pace and heart rate range. YOUR MORNING Open RunReady and see your score in the ring. Tell the app how your legs feel: fresh, normal, tired, or no run today. Your recommendation follows, for example "Easy Steady Run, 40โ60 min, pace 6:27โ6:47, HR 119โ133". One tap sends it to your Apple Watch as a workout with heart rate targets. MEASURED AGAINST YOU RunReady compares every value with your own last 60 days: โข HRV: how well your nervous system recovered overnight โข Resting heart rate during sleep: if it stays well above your average for several nights, RunReady marks it red and, if you like, sends a notification. โข Sleep: duration and stages of last night โข Load: your last 7 days relative to your usual training. Between 0.8 and 1.3 you are in the sweet spot. Tap a value in the ring to see it in detail: the last 30 nights with your normal range, your sleep stages or your training week. ZONES FROM YOUR DATA RunReady calculates your heart rate zones with the Karvonen method: from your highest measured heart rate of the last 12 months and your resting heart rate during sleep. Single measurement spikes don't count. Your Zone 2 fits your body. YOUR WEEKLY PLAN COUNTS Set which days are base, quality, long run or rest, and set your weekly distance goal. RunReady only suggests tempo and intervals when your score allows it. If you like, the app moves a quality session to a later day of the week. EVERY RUN WITH ITS READINESS Your runs arrive from Apple Health automatically, labeled by heart rate pattern: recovery, easy, base, long, tempo, intervals, fartlek and more. RunReady keeps that morning's readiness with every run and shows whether the run matched the recommendation. Plus zone distribution, heart rate with cardiac drift, pace every 200 m, every kilometre with pace, heart rate and cadence, and your effort rating from Apple Fitness. INSIGHTS โข Readiness history over 30 days, 90 days or a year, with a second line to compare โข What moves your score: your mornings after short nights, load jumps and long runs compared with all others โข Pace at the same heart rate: if you run faster at the same pulse, your fitness grows. โข Weekly distance with goal, monthly distance, pace, efficiency and cadence โข Best efforts over 1 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon โข Calendar with readiness or kilometres for every day YOUR YEAR FROM DAY ONE With one tap RunReady pulls up to 365 days from Apple Health and calculates their scores. Your history is there right away instead of after weeks of collecting. WIDGETS Readiness, recommendation and weekly plan come in small, medium and Lock Screen sizes, plus a large widget with everything together. See your score before you unlock your iPhone. LIGHT OR DARK RunReady follows your system or stays light or dark. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE RunReady reads from Apple Health and calculates on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking. No subscription, no in-app purchases. RunReady needs an Apple Watch you wear at night. Without older data in Apple Health, the score needs about 7 days for reliable values. RunReady gives training guidance and does not replace medical advice.
