What's New in RunReady

2.1

June 6, 2026

Sleep data from multiple sources - When several apps track the same sleep (e.g. Apple Watch together with AutoSleep, Pillow, Oura or Whoop), sleep stages were previously counted twice. This inflated the reported sleep duration. - RunReady now picks exactly one source per night: native Apple sleep analysis takes priority, otherwise the source with the longest actually recorded sleep duration. - Within the chosen source, overlapping sleep stages are merged so each real minute is counted exactly once. - Affects both the daily detail (total duration and stages) and the 60-day average that feeds the sleep sub-score of the Readiness Score.

Response from developer

Bleib dran!
