About

VitaVitals

**Your Apple Health readings and medication routine, in one clear place.** VitaVitals brings health information from Apple Health and your medication schedule together on a readable iPhone dashboard. Choose larger text and contrast settings, or hear supported readings spoken aloud. **HEALTH INFORMATION AT A GLANCE** Review steps, walking and running distance, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, and Apple Watch ECG records. Open a detail view for charts and recent history. Reading dates help you see when heart-rate and blood-oxygen measurements were recorded. If information is missing or cannot be loaded, the app shows that state instead of presenting it as a measured zero. What appears depends on your devices, Apple Health records, permissions, and data availability. **MEDICATION SCHEDULES THAT FIT YOUR ROUTINE** Create daily, weekly, selected-day, interval, or as-needed schedules. Set a course by duration, dose count, or end date. Mark doses taken or skipped, correct a history entry, and review the scheduled time alongside the time you logged it. Editing a medication updates its upcoming dose details. If saved medication data cannot be read, VitaVitals preserves it and offers recovery options. Local notifications can remind you about scheduled doses. Some schedules need periodic refreshing; VitaVitals tells you when to reopen the app. Permission choices, Focus, and iPhone notification settings can affect delivery. Reminder previews may show medication names and dosages on the Lock Screen. **MAKE THE DISPLAY YOURS** Text follows your iPhone’s Dynamic Type setting. Choose Bold Text, High Contrast, Color-Blind Mode, and light, dark, or system appearance. Press and hold supported dashboard cards to hear their values. **EMERGENCY CALLING WITH A COUNTRY CHECK** Choose the country whose emergency number you intend to call. The selected country and number appear before you confirm the call. VitaVitals only offers numbers in its verified directory; when it has no verified number for a country, it shows iPhone Emergency SOS guidance. You can also call a saved emergency contact or doctor. **PRIVATE BY DESIGN** VitaVitals reads Apple Health data with your permission and does not write to Health. Medication records, history, contacts, and preferences are stored on your device. The app has no account, advertising, or third-party analytics. You can read the privacy information in Settings. Recovery copies may retain earlier medication data until you delete the app; exported recovery files remain wherever you save them. Available in English, German, Spanish, French, and Russian. Requires iPhone with iOS 17.6 or later. Apple Watch ECG details require compatible ECG recordings in Apple Health. VitaVitals displays information recorded by Apple Health and does not independently measure vital signs, diagnose or treat conditions, or provide medical advice. It is not an emergency response service. For an emergency, use iPhone Emergency SOS or your local emergency service.

SaveBack turns saved YouTube links into repeatable daily routines — without turning the app into another feed to scroll. Open the app, pick a starter routine or build your own, and start. SaveBack keeps your routine ready on Home so you can begin without hunting for the right video each time. CORE FEATURES Saved routines — build a routine from YouTube links you paste or share into the app, or pick from a curated starter set organised by focus area: neck, shoulders, upper back, hips, lower back, yoga, stretching, and more. Home — start, continue, or review your saved routines in one tap. Player — follow each exercise in order and advance at your own pace. Reminders — optional local notifications to keep your routine on schedule. No account required. iOS Share Extension — send YouTube links directly into SaveBack from the YouTube app or browser. Clipboard intake — paste a YouTube link while the app is open and add it without extra steps. LOCAL-FIRST. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED. SaveBack stores your routines on device. There is no SaveBack account, no backend sync, and no analytics SDK. YouTube links you add may load metadata and thumbnails directly from YouTube; YouTube's own policies apply to that traffic. SaveBack is a routine utility. It is not a medical app and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
