Some days you have an hour. Most days you have four minutes between one thing and the next. Time to Move is for busy people who struggle to prioritise their wellness, helping you find movement that fits into your busy life. WHAT YOU WON'T FIND • Streaks to break. • Guilt when life gets busy. • Gyms, kit or changing rooms. • Pressure to be perfect. WHAT YOU WILL FIND • Personalised routines tailored to you. • Moves picked for how you feel. • Moves you can do anywhere. • A weekly goal you'll actually hit. HOW IT WORKS It takes two answers to get going: how your body feels, and how many minutes you have. The routine is built around them, and you can read through it before anything starts. Nothing to plan, no class to choose. A sore morning gets easygoing movements, nothing on your knees or wrists and nothing that asks you to balance. An energised one gets something livelier. Your goal belongs to the week, not the day. Two minutes on Monday and fifteen on Thursday reach it the same way, a day off takes nothing back, and there is no streak to keep alive. MEMBERSHIP A short session every day stays free, for as long as you have the app. Membership adds longer sessions and as many as you want each day, with your full history and settings kept either way. Time to Move Premium is an auto renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. The price in your local currency is shown in the app before you confirm anything. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the Apple Account is charged for renewal within those 24 hours. Manage the subscription or switch off auto renew in Apple Account settings after purchase. Move within a comfortable range and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. Time to Move offers general movement for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation or treatment, and it is not designed for pregnancy or recovery from injury. If you are unsure whether movement is suitable for you, ask a qualified professional.
