Walk more. Scroll less. It really is that simple. Strut turns your daily step goal into the key that unlocks your favorite apps. Choose the apps you waste the most time on, set your step target, and Strut keeps them locked until you've earned them. No willpower required — just put one foot in front of the other. YOUR STEPS, YOUR RULES Set a daily step goal that works for you. Strut tracks your progress in real time through Apple Health and adjusts throughout the day based on your walking schedule. Hit your goal early? Your apps unlock for the rest of the day. Fall behind? Strut keeps you honest. THREE LEVELS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Not everyone needs the same push. Choose the level that fits your lifestyle: - Gentle: A friendly reminder that you're behind — no blocking, just awareness. - Moderate: Apps are blocked, but you get a few snoozes when you really need access. - Strict: No exceptions. Walk first, scroll later. DESIGNED AROUND YOUR DAY Pick a walking schedule that matches your routine — morning walker, lunch and after-work, evening walker, or steady throughout the day. Set your active hours so blocking only applies when it should. Your phone, your schedule, your terms. STREAKS THAT MATTER Every day you hit your goal counts. Build streaks that keep you coming back. Life happens — use a weekly streak freeze so one off day doesn't break your momentum. WALK WITH FRIENDS Add friends, climb the leaderboard, and challenge each other to step competitions. A little friendly rivalry makes the habit stick. SEE YOUR PROGRESS A beautiful dashboard shows your step ring, hourly breakdown, and real-time pace throughout the day. Swipe over to your activity view for history, trends, and a stark look at what your screen time really costs you. CELEBRATE THE WINS When you hit your goal, you'll know it. Confetti, haptics, and the satisfying feeling of earning back your screen time. It never gets old. Strut is for anyone who knows they should walk more and scroll less but needs a reason to actually do it. No guilt. No lectures. Just a simple trade: steps for screens. Download Strut. Start walking. Earn your apps. — Strut is free to use. Strut Pro unlocks unlimited app blocking, extra weekly streak freezes, all strictness levels, custom walking schedules, active hours, and advanced insights. Free 7-day trial, then $4.99/month or $29.99/year. Friends, leaderboards, and challenges are always free. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
USAF PT Tracker

USAF PT Tracker takes the paperwork out of unit physical training accountability. Members log workouts automatically. Commanders see their whole unit at a glance and export a ready-to-send Excel tracker in one tap. FOR MEMBERS Workouts log themselves — the app reads your Apple Watch and iPhone workouts plus daily exercise minutes, then fills in your PT log automatically: type, minutes, done. One daily question — at 1630 on duty days, answer "Were you given time to exercise?" right from the notification. Yes or no, two seconds. Home-screen widget — see today's status at a glance, log a workout, or answer the PT-time question without opening the app. Manual entry when you need it — no watch? Log any day by hand in seconds: workout type, minutes, or an excuse code. Duty-day tracking — Monday through Friday required, weekends optional. Missed days are flagged so nothing slips. Join by link or QR code — your commander sends an invite by email, text, or a QR code at formation. Scan and you're in. Join multiple units; your data follows you and is never lost. FOR COMMANDERS AND UFPMs Live dashboard — see who's reporting, who's missing duty days, and every member's month at a glance. Data arrives automatically as members log. Run multiple units — each with its own roster, invites, and exports. Invite your way — controlled invites by email or phone, an open join link for the group chat, or a QR code for the gym door. Lock the unit when onboarding is done. Roster import — paste or import your roster (CSV); members without iPhones get named, pre-formatted rows in every export for hand entry. One-tap Excel export — a formatted monthly workbook: color-coded days, dropdowns in every cell, total minutes per member, reason codes, and a codes reference sheet. Ready to email up the chain. Full control — remove members, delete units, and manage everything from your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no passwords — everyone signs in automatically with their Apple ID via iCloud. Health access is read-only and used only to prefill your own log, which you review and can edit. Your data syncs only to the commanders you choose. Leave a unit anytime; everything you've recorded stays on your phone. No ads, no tracking, completely free. REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 17 or later, signed into iCloud. Apple Watch optional but recommended for automatic logging. This app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the U.S. Air Force or Department of War.
