About

USAF PT Tracker takes the paperwork out of unit physical training accountability. Members log workouts automatically. Commanders see their whole unit at a glance and export a ready-to-send Excel tracker in one tap. FOR MEMBERS Workouts log themselves — the app reads your Apple Watch and iPhone workouts plus daily exercise minutes, then fills in your PT log automatically: type, minutes, done. One daily question — at 1630 on duty days, answer "Were you given time to exercise?" right from the notification. Yes or no, two seconds. Home-screen widget — see today's status at a glance, log a workout, or answer the PT-time question without opening the app. Manual entry when you need it — no watch? Log any day by hand in seconds: workout type, minutes, or an excuse code. Duty-day tracking — Monday through Friday required, weekends optional. Missed days are flagged so nothing slips. Join by link or QR code — your commander sends an invite by email, text, or a QR code at formation. Scan and you're in. Join multiple units; your data follows you and is never lost. FOR COMMANDERS AND UFPMs Live dashboard — see who's reporting, who's missing duty days, and every member's month at a glance. Data arrives automatically as members log. Run multiple units — each with its own roster, invites, and exports. Invite your way — controlled invites by email or phone, an open join link for the group chat, or a QR code for the gym door. Lock the unit when onboarding is done. Roster import — paste or import your roster (CSV); members without iPhones get named, pre-formatted rows in every export for hand entry. One-tap Excel export — a formatted monthly workbook: color-coded days, dropdowns in every cell, total minutes per member, reason codes, and a codes reference sheet. Ready to email up the chain. Full control — remove members, delete units, and manage everything from your phone. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts, no passwords — everyone signs in automatically with their Apple ID via iCloud. Health access is read-only and used only to prefill your own log, which you review and can edit. Your data syncs only to the commanders you choose. Leave a unit anytime; everything you've recorded stays on your phone. No ads, no tracking, completely free. REQUIREMENTS iPhone with iOS 17 or later, signed into iCloud. Apple Watch optional but recommended for automatic logging. This app is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the U.S. Air Force or Department of War. What's New in USAF PT Tracker

1.0.2

July 18, 2026

Here's the What's New for 1.0.2: Co-Commanders are here! • Promote any member to Co-Commander (swipe right on their name) — they get the full unit dashboard and Excel export on their own phone. Perfect for UFPMs and flight chiefs. • Changing command? Export a Unit Archive and hand it to the incoming commander — they import it and take over with the unit's full history intact. Members just tap a new invite link. • Smarter roster import: export your unit's roster spreadsheet as CSV and it imports directly — ranks, names, and formatting handled automatically. • New appearance setting: choose Light, Dark, or System from the gear menu. • Fixed hard-to-read blue buttons in dark mode. • Members without iPhones? Import their PT report files straight from Mail or WhatsApp — they appear on your dashboard and in exports like everyone else.
