About

Walk into your Air Force PT test knowing exactly where you stand. AIRFIT is the simplest way to practice, score, and track the USAF Physical Fitness Assessment — scored against the latest official charts, effective 1 March 2026. Whether you're chasing a 90+ or just trying to pass, AIRFIT scores every component against the current standards so there are no surprises on test day. SCORED ON THE LATEST STANDARDS AIRFIT is built on the newest USAF PFRA scoring charts (effective 1 Mar 2026) — including the 20-meter HAMR and the full updated exercise lineup. No outdated tables, no guesswork. When the standards change, so does AIRFIT. PRACTICE LIKE IT'S THE REAL THING Run a full mock test or drill a single component. Built-in timers handle the 60-second push-up and sit-up windows, the count-up forearm plank, your 2-mile run, and the 20-meter HAMR shuttle — or enter results by hand. Your choice. INSTANT, ACCURATE SCORING Every exercise is scored straight from the current official USAF scoring charts across all age groups and genders. Your points and pass/fail update the moment you finish, including your Waist-to-Height Ratio — calculated automatically from your profile. EVERYTHING THE TEST COVERS • Push-ups / Hand-Release Push-ups • Sit-ups / Cross-Leg Reverse Crunch • Forearm Plank • 2-Mile Run • 20-Meter HAMR (shuttle run) • Waist-to-Height Ratio TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Save every workout and official test to your history and watch your scores climb over time. Set your profile once and AIRFIT remembers your age group, gender, and measurements. BUILT FOR AIRMEN Clean, fast, and distraction-free — designed to be used at the track, in the gym, or on the gym floor mid-rep. Download AIRFIT and make test day just another workout.

What's New in AIRFIT

1.0.1

July 9, 2026

No account needed. We removed sign-in entirely — just open the app and start training. Your profile, workouts, and test history stay right on your device. HAMR cadence audio. The 20-meter HAMR now plays the official shuttle-run cadence, so you can pace your shuttles by ear just like the real assessment. Track your trends. A new trends view charts your scores over time, with per-exercise line graphs and session cards so you can see your progress at a glance. See exactly how you're scored. Tap into any exercise to open the full scoring chart and see the points behind your result. A cleaner, faster look. We refreshed the design across the app — a redesigned home screen, streamlined workout summaries with pass/fail gauges, and a simplified Profile screen with standard navigation. Plus a batch of polish and bug fixes throughout.
