Pulse is a focused interval timer built for fast, repeatable training sessions. Use Pulse for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training, boxing rounds, bike intervals, or any structured workout that needs reliable timing. Live Activities keep the active timer visible from the Lock Screen, while voice announcements, sound cues, haptics, and keep-screen-on controls help you stay in the workout.
