Scan QR codes and barcodes quickly, preview links before opening them, and create your own codes. A simple scanner for everyday use—free, private, and ad-free. QR Code & Barcode Reader combines fast scanning, a QR code and barcode generator, and organized local history. No account, subscription, or in-app purchase is required. FAST QR CODE & BARCODE SCANNER Point your camera at a code to see the result. Supported formats include QR Code, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, ITF, PDF417, Data Matrix, Aztec, and Codabar. Scan website links, event tickets, Wi-Fi credentials, contact details, text, product barcodes, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, and calendar information. PREVIEW LINKS BEFORE OPENING By default, links open only after you review and choose to open them. Review the scanned address and choose whether to open it, copy it, or go back. The app flags certain suspicious address patterns, such as unusual or look-alike characters. This is a helpful warning, not a guarantee that a link is safe. SCAN QR CODES FROM PHOTOS Choose an image from your gallery to scan a QR code or barcode in screenshots, saved tickets, documents, posters, digital menus, or images shared in messages. CREATE QR CODES & BARCODES Generate codes for websites, text, Wi-Fi networks, contacts, phone numbers, emails, SMS, calendar events, locations, and product or numeric values. You can also create supported formats such as EAN, UPC, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, ITF, PDF417, Data Matrix, Aztec, and Codabar. View, save, share, and find your codes again in local history. PRODUCT LOOKUP Scan a product barcode to check for information in Open Food Facts. When a record is available, you may see the product name, image, category, weight or quantity, energy, sugars, fat, protein, ingredients, allergens, and nutrition details. Product lookup requires internet access, and results depend on database coverage and accuracy. Scanning itself works on your device. LOCAL SCAN HISTORY Search previous scans, revisit links, copy results, and quickly access codes you created. History is stored locally on your device and can be deleted whenever you choose. SIMPLE AND PRIVATE • No ads, subscriptions, or in-app purchases • No account or registration required • Camera access for scanning; gallery access when you select an image • Light, dark, and system themes Use it for restaurant menus, tickets, Wi-Fi, product packaging, contact cards, shipping labels, and everyday QR code scanning. BATCH BARCODE SCANNING Scan multiple supported barcodes in one session and export the results as CSV, XML, or PDF. Repeated reads of the same code are filtered within the session. PRODUCT SEARCH FROM PHOTOS You can also recognize text on a product photo and choose to search for matching products. Text recognition runs on your device; an online search starts only when you request it.
