StrengthIQ is a focused strength-training log for iPhone. Pick an exercise, log sets in seconds, and review history when you want to see how you’re trending. Barbell lifts (seven exercises) Log weight (lb), reps, optional percentage of 1RM, and optional set style (regular, eccentric, drop set, max unbroken, pause, cluster). Suggested loads follow NSCA-style rounding to 5 lb when you use % of 1RM, with full manual control. Estimated 1RM uses the Epley formula from your logged sets (rounded to the nearest 5 lb) and updates from your most recent calendar-day session for each lift. You can also set manual 1RM overrides in Settings. Pull-ups Dedicated flow without 1RM / NSCA load UI: log reps over time, choose a variant (standard/strict, chin-up, wide, close, commando, weighted, chest-to-bar), note eccentric emphasis, and add weight when you use it. Exercises included Deadlift, bench press, squat, Pendlay row, hip thrust, pull-up, hang clean, barbell overhead press—each with its own accent color for quick scanning. Privacy Workout data is stored on your device only. There is no cloud sync and no account in v1. Uninstalling may remove app data; use device backups if you need to keep records. Note StrengthIQ is built with a dark UI and navigation patterns aligned with IntervalIQ (IntervalTimer), if you use both apps side by side.

Most people underestimate a café breakfast by hundreds of calories. Not because they're careless — because "490 kcal" doesn't mean anything to anybody. Earnt turns it into something that does. Photograph what you're about to eat, and see what it costs you to burn off. That granola and yoghurt bowl is 490 calories. For most people, that's about three-quarters of an hour of running. HOW IT WORKS 1. Point the camera at the plate, or pick a photo you already took. 2. Earnt identifies what's in it and estimates the portion, calories and macros. 3. You see the exercise cost — worked out from your body, not an average one. 4. Log it, and your day updates. COSTED FOR YOUR BODY, NOT A TABLE The same burger costs a 55 kg person far more time than a 95 kg one, and most calorie apps flatten that away. Earnt uses your age, sex, height and weight to work out your resting metabolic rate, then prices every meal against it using published MET values for each activity. It also reports net burn — what the exercise costs you above what you'd have burned sitting still anyway. That produces longer, less flattering numbers than apps quoting gross figures. It's the honest one. WHAT'S IN IT • Photo scanning, with calories, protein, carbs and fat • The cost in walking, running, cycling, swimming, weights or yoga • One realistic swap, when there's a better option in front of you • A daily target built from your own numbers and your goal • Apple Health sync — steps and workouts earn calories back • Full history, and a day view that tells you where you stand PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your photos, your weight and your name stay on your device. A meal photo is sent for analysis once and is never stored. There's no account to create, no email to hand over, and nothing sold or shared with advertisers. NOT A DIET APP No streaks to break, no red warnings, no guilt when you go over. Being over budget reads as information, not failure. Earnt exists to make one thing visible at the only moment you can act on it — the ten seconds before you order. IMPORTANT Earnt provides estimates for general wellness and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Calorie and exercise figures are estimates and will not be exact. Speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you eat or train — particularly if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have any history of disordered eating. SUBSCRIPTION Earnt requires a subscription: 9.99 USD per month, or 49.99 USD per year with a 3-day free trial. Prices in your local currency are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
