Know exactly how many days of each supplement you have left, without logging a single dose by hand. Re:Stock tracks the real containers on your shelf: the bottle of 120 capsules, the tub of creatine, the dropper of vitamin D. You set up how you take each one just once, and Re:Stock counts it down for you, every day, on its own. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Real containers, real numbers Capsules, tablets, softgels, gummies, powders, liquids, drops, and sprays - track what's actually in the bottle and see a plain "12 days left," not a vague bar or percentage. • It runs itself Build your stacks and daily schedules once. Re:Stock subtracts each serving as the day goes by, so your counts stay accurate with no check-ins and no manual logging. • Made for real life Skip a day, take an extra, pause for a week, or switch to a different brand halfway through a bottle. Nothing breaks, and your numbers stay honest. • See what needs you, skip what doesn't Your dashboard puts what's running low up top and lets the rest wait quietly. No clutter, no endless list to scroll. • As-needed doses, counted too Log the occasional as-needed (PRN) supplement in a tap, and it comes straight off your inventory. • Reorder at the right time When something gets low, Re:Stock turns it into a simple restock list, so you buy the right things before you run out instead of after. • Private and in sync Your data syncs across your devices through iCloud. No ads, no social feed, no busywork. FREE AND PREMIUM The free version tracks up to 5 supplements and 3 stacks, with the same automatic countdown. Premium removes the caps and adds calendar reminder sync, adaptive forecasting that learns from how you actually take things, stack cost analytics, and adherence nudges. Subscribe monthly or yearly, or buy lifetime access once. Set it up once and stop doing supplement math in your head. Stop guessing. Start knowing. You read about magnesium for sleep. A podcast swears by cold plunges. Someone on TikTok says creatine fixed their afternoon crash. But does any of it work for YOU? Protocol turns a health claim into a real 21-day test on your own body — and gives you a straight answer. HOW IT WORKS 1. Paste a claim. A quote, an article link, a screenshot of a post. 2. Protocol builds a structured 21-day experiment and reads your Apple Health data. 3. At the end you get a verdict: Keep It, Drop It, Run It Longer, or Inconclusive. No hype. No "trust the process." Just your data, measured before and after, with the math done for you. WHAT YOU CAN TEST - Does magnesium actually improve your sleep? - Does cutting caffeine after 2pm raise your HRV? - Does a morning sunlight routine change your resting heart rate? - Does a zone-2 cardio block lower your average heart rate? - Does ashwagandha do anything for your sleep or stress? - Does an earlier dinner improve your overnight metrics? - Does cold exposure change your recovery? - Does a new supplement stack move any number that matters to you? If a claim touches something your phone or wearable already measures — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, activity, mindfulness — Protocol can test it. WHAT WE DON'T TEST Protocol is for everyday health claims, not medicine. We don't test prescription medications, anything a doctor is currently treating you for, or claims that need bloodwork or lab results to judge. Protocol does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice. If a claim belongs with your doctor, we'll tell you that instead of running a test. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Protocol reads the Apple Health data you choose to share, and only that. We don't sell it, we don't post it, and we don't share it with third parties. You can export everything or delete your account and data at any time. SUBSCRIPTION Protocol Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: - Monthly: $14.99 USD / month - Annual: $119.99 USD / year (save 33%) - 14-day free trial included with both plans Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Terms: https://runprotocol.app/terms Privacy: https://runprotocol.app/privacy Pick a claim. Run the test.
